  1. It did explode in her face. There was a story on her a while ago, she's still on meth.
  2. Lol... "I know this may sound very surprising to you but it's the situation."
  3. Here's another; pretty gruesome. Drug is Krokodil/Koaxil
  4. Sheetmetal is pretty simple. The only tricky part is the size of the bends in the sheetmetal. Different thicknesses require different bend radii; not only that, but certain companies have equipment that is only capable of certain size radii. You would need to contact a company that you would want this piece of sheetmetal made, and see what type of tooling they have & what's required. Or, you could just design a piece of sheetmetal, send your finished preliminary specification to that company, have them review it and mark it up for you. Also, you say 'small angled ramp' on the end... Most companies require a certain length; anything too small would be impossible for a lot of tooling (Anything is possible, but again, it depends on the tooling that a company has). Take note that certain forming processes allow you to do more or less with your sheetmetal. Essentially, you can't just design any way you want, you have to account for how it will be made. As for tips and tricks with sheetmetal, it works a lot like a solid part: 1. Always start out with the maximum length and width for you initial 'flat,' and then cut out the areas you don't need. 2. With sheetmetal, try to keep your bends in increments of 45 and 90 degrees; same with your dimensions; companies would rather deal with a dimension of 5.6 rather than 5.579832. 3. You want you sheetmetal part to be easily modifiable; for example, if you change one dimension, you want your sheetmetal to update everything by that one change. This is done by proper dimensioning; always try to tie your dimensions to the same one or two surfaces where suited. If you want things streamlined and smooth, this is the best advice you can get. You will be able to tell you don't have streamlined dimensioning if you change a dimension, and your part fails to regenerate. It takes practice, but using PTC should help.
  5. I worked on wildfire 2 and 3 for a few years. The program is vast and expansive beyond belief; in fact, so much so that it's impossible for any one person to know every aspect of it. PTC tutorials help, but don't expect to learn the complete functionality of the program. I could probably better answer your question if I knew exactly what you were trying to construct? However, there are two basic rules you should always follow for good design intent: 1. When you make your initial extrude, always make the extrude the maximum length/width dimension of your object, and then use the cut tool to eliminate what you don't need. 2. When you make your initial extrude, keep it simple on the dimensions; anything too complex will be too hard to update in the event you need to change one of your first steps. IE make your first extrude a square or rectangle. You can PM me if you have specific questions.
  6. I delete, create another, delete, create another, and it continues as such. Right now it's deleted.
  7. It's where you kick a little to get yourself over the bar.
  8. Loved the movie; best of the series so far. Part 6 is already in the works...
  9. Yes, being sarcastic with that detox diet; that would not help you and your goals. As far as weight training versus cardio, and/or mixing them, a lot of people will have different opinions. The problem I have with mixing the two is that you absolutely can not build muscle while burning fat... it's impossible unless you're on HGH, steroids, or just a freak of nature. I realize that your goal is to not build muscle, but lifting weights is not as superior to cardio as far as fat loss is concerned. It sounds like you're diet is what needs to be worked on; smaller portions spread out during the day is what you need. The worst excuse is 'no time.' Shove some food down your throat during a five minute break.
  10. Just in case I didn't stress it enough in the previous post; NO WEIGHT TRAINING unless you want your muscles to grow and expand the fat you want to lose outward....
  11. I'm with Vbox here; you really want to avoid the common misconception known as "I want to lose weight." You want to lose fat. Find out your body fat percentage and see where you stand. It starts with diet more than exercise... if you're eating hotdogs and McDonalds, then you've found your problem. You want a lean diet which consists of foods made for 'cutting;' IE chicken & turkey breast, flax oil, sesame seed oil, salmon, tomatoes, apples, kelp, grapefruit, natural peanut butter, peppers, etc. All these foods are either metabolic boosters or low in fat, while some even contain less calories than your body uses in the digestion of said food product. Just make sure you don't go into starvation mode thinking you're going to burn fat, as this is an ideal way to shut down your metabolism. You'll have to play around with your calories so that they are just right; you don't want your calories so low that your body is going into fat storage mode, but you don't want them so high that you're gaining weight. If you get your diet under control, then you can worry about exercise. The only form or exercise you should be doing is cardio. Don't be the retard in the gym doing spot training; you're not going to get rid of unwanted belly fat by doing shit loads of ab exercises. The key here is to understand you're going to lose fat all over, which is what you want. With that, you have a great diet which will support your muscles so they don't go catabolic while you lose fat, and you've got a workout routine that supports fat burning. Check your body fat weekly; ideally, your fat % should drop while your lean muscle % stays the same. If you're still dead set on losing 'weight,' I'd say go on a 48 hour detox diet for the weekend and you'll lose 10-12 pounds, however this is only good if your diet has been completely fucked for quite some time (Also, it would be best if your metabolism wasn't shot from crash dieting). Starve a bit more for the next month and you'll meet your short term goals with plenty of long term problems...
  12. If you are still able to, download and install ad-aware and spybot. They are free programs, and should hopefully remove your problem.
