Both my right side high and low beams quit working. When I turn the headlights on there is a funny noise comming from by the headlight and the beam starts to turn on but goes dim. At first I figured it was a problem with the HID ballast but my high beam doesn't work either. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be? The small running light at the bottom of the headlight works fine. Thanks!

It is silly to not finance a car if you can get a significantly higher return by investing the money.

PPI is always a good idea. I might be less concerned if the reputation of the dealer was VERY high. I would go with the higher mileage and save some cash. Keep in mind prices have ticked up a bit, you probably won't get the kind of deal people were getting a year ago. I doubt you will find a clean 07 close to 110K There is always room to negotiate with a dealer. Beat them up as far down as you can, but keep in mind they may not be desperate to sell right now.

Looks great, sure changes the whole look of the car. I am thinking about going with the 570 too, but painting the bottom part black to match the SE trim. What was the issue with the fitment? What did the body shop charge you?

Is there any significant weight difference between the CF and the Fiberglass vesions?

I'd like to see an SE with an LP 570 bumper with the bottom part painted gloss black to match the rest of the gloss black parts, even the rear diffuser gloss black would look pretty sweet on an SE. Funny how SE's were a loaded and certainly not the "base" Gallardo, now the Bicolor is the very base Gallardo.

Does anyone out there have a stage one? Is reliability higher on a 560 vs a pre 2009 G? If a modest HP increase is the only goal, does a stage 1 make the most sense?

No doubt a Murci has the most presence, but how much do you really need? The G breaks necks everywhere it goes and it is fun to drive. If you are buying a car to show off and impress others, buy an older Murci and pay the up keep. The G has more than enough presence and for me, depending on what mood I am in, it can still draw too much unwanted attention. All you would be doing is impressing people who don't know cars. The exotic guys know a 2002 Murci is going to run you around the same price as say an 07 G convertible.

Anyone have any stories about "someone" who outran a cop in a Lambo after seeing the lights in the rear view and got away with it? If someone was cruising along at 120+ and a parked cop zapped them with radar or laser, what is the chance of the cop actually chasing? Probably would just radio his buddies up the road. Not suggesting anyone do either, drive save and obey the law! I'm sure law enforcement would just love a new section "Lambos outrunning the Law"

It's all pretty aggravating but getting upset won't help the situation any. Once I get the letter of denial from the other parties insurance company and report it, it will add to his criminal charges. Also once I register it with the court, he won't be able to get his drivers licence back until he pays for the damages. Not sure if I can add in the depreciated value but I'll bring in gather some proffessional estimates. Since my insurance is covering the damages, I'm sure any money collected for actual damages will go to them, but maybe I can get the depreciated money first. What was it like for this guy when he saw the judge- uhhh soo you were drinking and driving, you hit a LAMBO, then you ran when the cops came?

Lanari sounds great. Not so loud that you get pulled over (unless you really gas it) but exotic and mean. Looks really good too, you can see GALLARDO from the laser cut out through the rear bumper. Video-

The guy that got arrested? Probably- DUI, leaving scene of accident, evading arrest. Me? I'd never cry over metal and plastic, unless it was a Bugatti. J/K
