  1. Maybe a compound set-up would benefit at high elevation?
  2. White Huracan 208.71 Green Hurancan 214.35 Red Huracan 220.58!!! WTF!
  3. Watching from the live feed via High Tech Corvette's FB page - by the look and sound of it, the UG went WOT sooner which in my assumption made Tony gave up the run.
  4. Tire marks tells the story on what's coming. Holy cow!
  5. You the man! Thanks for the link!
  6. Billet blocks are stronger and more stable to handle under higher load, timing and boost. Mechanically, it will also allow bigger 1/2" to 9/16" head studs for more bite for 50+ psi of boost. It's also more forgiving under detonation. Under-squared (more stroke, small bore) can use more rpms. Anyways, 3000+ hp here we come!!! Increase that life insurance and make it as big as the balls who will have one! Lol!
  7. I don't see the point of building a race car. Unicorns don't need to be stripped down. Keep the AC, its roots being a street car only exacerbated its status in a whole different level.
  8. That R8...no joke! BUT Mr. Helms mentioned billet block on 1320's video. Oh dear God!!!
  9. It won't be customer friendly. Too much maintenance unless you build a drag car. It's still hard to comprehend how your product continuously evolve to the next level. Hard work really pays-off!
  10. Thanks for this. It does make sense for the GTRs to use the M1 in able to keep up with the competition (small displacement). I really like the Huracan platform. If ever "needed" to use the M1 special sauce for their X series cars then I believe it's game over.
  11. These 2500+hp GTRs already running on M1 fuel. Does UGR's X cars use it too?
  12. Methanol will get it there, which I believe it's the only fuel of choice for GTRs to keep up with the X.
  13. I say don't change the set-up (chassis, suspension, alignment, tires). 60 foot times IS there. Congrats on the hard work achieving these numbers. Adding power gradually to each gear is the easy part.
  14. From the reply I received from him today. It sounded like it didn't worked-out between them.
  15. I'll take this back...he doesn't want to drive an UR car unless I have one and offered him to drive it. Nevermind.
  16. Just to clarify from your response. Is it personally you do not want him to drive one of your creations or you're also speaking for the whole UGR modded car community? I am sure he'll be thrilled to drive one. Oh, how about Jay Leno?
  17. Prior to this, I curiously asked him yesterday on his facebook through PM. He replied back "Do you have one for me to drive?". Obviously, I do not have one so I do hope anyone here would like to volunteer to spare some time for him to drive.
  18. This car deserves to be featured in Jay Leno's Garage. He would be thrilled to drive one.
  19. Only thing left for the GTRs to do is 100% alcohol, bigger snails and 90psi. With that extra, I think it's better to have the right chassis set-up...a full back half GTR? 3/4 chassis?
  20. Congrats UGR! Talking about saving the best for last...that's one hell of a race! Props to both sides of the field! Tony running alcohol (66psi)?
