  2. Here in Switzerland you can buy Diablos for about 100k CHF or about USD 105'000. Same with Maserati Merak, Alfa Montreal, Lamborghini Urraco... prices are now more under pressure.
  3. Thanks for your info, thats good to know. What you expect from price development of Urraco P250 and P300? There are some 70s sportscar, longtime in the 2nd lane linke - Maserati Merak SS - Alfa Romeo Montreal - Fiat Dino 2400 - Lamborghini Urraco who have reached quiet impressive price improvements... For me those car have huge potential for the future, but the last increases went probably too fast. Would be interesting to share your views! Best regards, Flueck
  4. There was the following description: Swiss delivery, Matching-Numbers. Since 1977 at it's second owner, service booklet, Body and interior restored some years ago, engine redone in 1998, about 35'000 km since. Very good and well maintained condition. Last inspection 07.2013. For me the car looked really nice. regards, Flueck
  5. Hello together As you know I'm looking for some vintage classics as Urraco, Maserati Merak, Fiat Dino 2400 oder Alfa Montreal. Yesterday I was on the Auction for Classic Cars in Toffen. There was a stunning Urraco P300 in red. At the end, there werde CHF 57'000 at the highest bid (about USD 59'000). What do you think about this price? I think it's a good price, but not very very high... maybe the increase in the last 2-3 years was to excessive. I really think for some 70s classics there are signs of normalization. Best regards, Flueck
  6. Hello together Thanks a lot for you answers. The car was offered for USD 16'000 to me. From that side of wiev, I think there is not too much risk. Or whats your oppinion? Sorry, ralfabco, of course I meant the 4 litre engine... I am a little bit too nervous.... Yes, I'll really check if it's all there! Perhaps I will get som pics... but not for sure. See you Flueck
  7. No compression check yet. Is this a major problem of those 3.5 V12 engines? Thanks and see you Flueck
  8. Hello together My experience for italian cars are in an Alfa Romeo. But I have the possibility to get an Islero S. - The car is not in a very good condition (ready for restoration) but complete, no missing parts. - The body has rust and has to be completely renewed. - Interior: I think the seats have to be covered with new leather, also at the door-side). The dashboard looks quite ok. Door panels, steering wheels, has to be restored. - Engine: Runs quite smoothly. No major problems, damages - Other mechanical works: Don't know exactly, but I think major work (brakes, lights, suspension,...) At the end of the day (or 2 years :-) the car should look like this one: http://www.lp112.com/images/Cars/Islero/6198-a.jpg Would you do it? Do you think that there will be immense costs? I like this GT-styled late 60ies Lambos! But the project is quiet extensive! Thanks for any oppinions! See you Flueck
