  1. Yeah, fcuk the days when America held itself to a higher standard and was respected for what it stood for. God bless Fox news and internet badasses everywhere. Let's waterboard anyone who disagrees.
  2. Thanks for the help (and the congrats)! I do have another stupid question: How do you remove the tabbed bezel piece? From the front, by prying?
  3. The other day I went to adjust my climate control, and when I pushed the fan button on the lower console, the whole control unit (under the radio) kinda sunk back inside the dash. Now the unit is stuck on high, cold, defrost! I assume there is some way to remove that part of the lower dash, or maybe take out the radio and get to it. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I would like to be able to tell my mechanics how to go about fixing this. Thanks!
  4. The year is '94 and in my trunk is raw In my rear view mirror is the mother fcuking law I got two choices yall pull over the car or bounce on the double put the pedal to the floor Now I ain't trying to see no highway chase with jake Plus I got a few dollars I can fight the case So I...pull over to the side of the road And I heard "Son do you know why I'm stopping you for?" 5. I've got one, love it.
  6. Nice car. I think I've seen it there, if they've had it awhile.
  7. Well, some of these posts sure took the heat off of Roy. It's easy to see why so many people think Lambo owners are a bunch of braggart assholes. It doesn't take a big bank account or the willingness to gamble a whole lot of money to be a car enthusiast, and car enthusiasts, not self-obsessed bigmouths, are what's valuable to me about the site. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, this is just mine.
  8. This has probably been discussed, but the revving sound in the Van Halen song "Panama" is supposedly Eddie's Countach revving.
  9. It is Whart's old car. He and the previous owners have kept it in nice shape. The color gets so many compliments I'm surprised there aren't more of this color out there. Peter- You didn't happen to keep any of the ordering documents, did you? They would be neat to have.
  10. Thanks for the advice. This one is rosso vik, same as my 99 was.
  11. Here's an old one taken before the guy I bought it from bought it, if you follow.
  12. Hey all, I have a 6.0 with some nasty state stickers inside the windshield. I'm scared to grab a razorblade and start hacking, in case there is a coating or film, etc. Anyone have some info on the windshields or tips on removing stickers? Thanks in advance.
  13. I've got a 6.0 coming on a truck hopefully tomorrow, and I'm dreading looking at the roof now . . .
  14. Does anyone know the rosso vic 99 SV for sale at LOC? I'm interested in it but want some firsthand info. Thanks!
  15. What jumped out at me about the music was Tony flipped through all the choices, mostly rock, then he got to some Tony Bennett, then he made his selection. When he didn't choose the classic, Italian songs, it surprised me. I think my reaction was intended by the director. I could write a whole lot about how the song selection (by David Chase and by Tony) showed several themes of the series, (i.e the decline of the old school Mafia, Tony's relationships with his crime "family" and his real family, his relationship with Carmela, etc.) and how the song choice inspired a perfect ending, and how the whole "tony got shot when the screen went blank" theory is total crap, but I'll spare you all. Any film buff/ english major who wants to geek out should just send me a PM.
