It's almost 1000 times as strong. Haiti was about a 7.0. The difference between a 7.0 and a 9.0 is 32x32, so almost 1000 since this was an 8.8!

From what I've heard in the past, its purpose is to give the driver the "cockpit" feeling like a jet, or some sense of it. Not sure how well it works though.

Just saw those in London. The SV had a nice chunk of the lip missing. Sweet nonetheless though!
