If I was a buyer, that is the exact spec 6.0 and SL I would be shopping for. Even in a boring color like silver, that Gallardo is still a good looking car. It has aged very well.

I get what some are saying about wanting the SVJ to be exclusive, but at the same time I am don't get it. If they make 900 SVJ coupes, that is 1 SVJ coupe for every 8.4 million people on this planet. You have to get well into the 7 figures to keep the build count in the 10-20 car range. Even then some of those numbers balloon if you look at some of the special editions where it is basically same hyper car with the only REAL change being extra HP, bigger wings, different wheels, etc...

Until I saw the interior shot of the ETS GTR I didn't quite appreciate just how far some of the GTRs go to have a chance to compete. It has been said by plenty of people, what the UGR cars do with full interiors is nothing short of amazing.

I think most people with kids have a very different perspective on this subject compared with those who only are responsible for themselves. Snowballs chance in hell it doesn't impact your child in a very negative way. And in the case of Kate Spade who left behind a 13 year old daughter, imagine starting high school with the whole world knowing your mom killed herself.

Based on your garage, I feel safe assuming you aren't easily impressed just because you see a bull on the hood. Even more excited for the reveal of the SVJ and whatever limited run is coming.

Americans is weird to me because I really like it, but at the same time it doesn't draw me in and beg me to watch every episode until I catch up. I think it took over a year to just get through season 1. Just saw Goliath season 2 on Amazon starts June 15th, based on season 1 I am looking forward to season 2. Still no release date for Ozark season 2, only info is Summer '18 release is expected. Very eager for season 2 to begin. True Detective is coming back for season 3 in 2019. I loved season 1, but for me season 2 was a complete let down so not sure if I care this is coming back or not.

There isn't a lot of video showing how it operates because most shots are from inside the elevator cab. Definitely not a hydraulic in a 50+ story high rise, I think they usually top out around 7-8 stories and the Design Tower page mentions 700fpm which is too fast for hydraulic. Based on this video it looks like a traction elevator and around 1:07 it looks like you see what looks like a counterweight coming down through the shot. It would definitely make a good documentary on how they did it. One article I read mentioned they built a test elevator in Chicago to see if the concept would even work. The most impressive thing I read is the capacity is 8000lbs, so it isn't just for exotics and hypercars, a Phantom can get up to your penthouse too.

Pictures from that collection are old, but they definitely show a black GT and an orange GT among many other exotics and race cars. The owner lives about 15 minutes from me, but I never see any of his collection out on the road.

Damn near old enough to drink, and it still holds it's own against a lot of modern exotics when it comes to looks.
