  1. Water pump mounted Car pretty much back together
  2. Secondary injector sub-harness and MAP sensor harness finished CNC oil filter relocation plate finished Filter relocation plate installed and fittings installed. Secondary rails and injectors installed
  3. The AEM is a piggy back. It is a series 2 AEM. The BOV is a 50mm BOV. It is rather large. You don't size the BOV to the throttle body size. The end tank is merged for pressure balance pre throttle body. It also conveniently allowed me to run one BOV. Kean
  4. Finished up wiring the sub-harness today for the additional injectors.
  5. Starting to take the intake manifold off Stock fuel rails Stock lower runners about to be machined out Fuel rail machined Additional injector bungs welded on Additional Injector setup finished
  6. The main parts of the turbo kit are done! View directly from the back View from the top The next thing that will be worked on is mounting the IC water pump and then starting on the fuel system. There will be 10 additional injectors installed into the lower intake manifold.
  7. The water tank is done! Intercooler is all done. The BOV is mounted on the bottom. The water tank is also mounted to the Air/water IC. Water tank mounted Intercooler installed in the car. The water tank sits above the transmission. Both sides of the exhaust are finished. Will be working on the driver's side wastegate tomorrow.
  8. You're correct! I've done one or two different turbo kits here and there for different platforms
  9. Passenger side exhaust done with wastegate recirc. The wastegate outlet has a double slip fit joint to prevent the joint from leaking exhaust gas. It also allows the outlet pipe to have some movement in and out.
  10. Water tank is finished X Pipe is done. It is symmetrical and identical on both sides. Decided to weld a SS bellow onto the 2" wastegate inlet. The bellow is lined on the inside so it is perfectly smooth. No turbulence to affect flow. The wastegate will be recirculated into the tip so this will allow some movement for fitment purposes. The inlet on the uppipe has been marked and ready to be cut out. Wastegate inlet tacked on Up pipe back in the car with wastegate inlet tube in place Precision Turbo 46mm wastegate mounted Wastegate done on the passenger side. The outlet recirc will have a double slip joint merging into the exhaust tip.
  11. Starting on the water tank Water tank copied onto sheet aluminum Justin Nenni helping out with the project. Cutting the water tank out. Tacked and ready to be welded
  12. Starting on the passenger side SS304 exhaust. Mocking up the tip. Exhaust pieces cut. Passenger side exhaust finished. I designed the exhaust sytem to be flexible and it will allow me to run a straight pipe or a 8" muffler. I am using a 3" SS304 ball and joint setup which allows me to swap out mufflers to straight pipes and vice versa easily. I am running a single PTE 46mm wastegate on each side with an optimum wastegate inlet to control boost accurately. The wastegate Y's directly off the inlet to the up pipe which will allow the highest flow to the wastegate. Here is the coped 2" wastegate inlet ready to be welded onto the up pipe.
  13. Thanks! I didn't know. I'm new to the lambo scene. I'll be checking this forum more often I am leaving all that stock on this build. This car will be making around 650RWHP on pump gas.
  14. I didn't get to work on the car too much for the last couple of days. Small update today. Finished up the 4" intake pipes. I will be cutting them shorter to fit the 4" filters once they arrive. Finished the passenger side turbo bracket. I relocated the stock exhaust spring holder and built a SS bracket off the up pipe to help hold the turbo in place.
