I was looking at this place and a place in the mid 650s, but actually liked the cheaper place better even though the other condo had a nicer outdoor area. One of the things that really attracted me with the one I got is the floor to ceiling windows and fairly big balcony. The other place's balcony was a joke, could fit about 1 person standing This building is also fully sold while the other one I looked at had 50% vacancy. Nice place Sprite. 500k is a great deal for a 3 bedroom with 1800sq' if that was in San Fancisco it would be well over 2mill. I just picked up a 1 bedroom condo for just over 400k around 600sq' real estate out here sucks! lol Good luck with the new place. Prices have gone down due to less buyers and more inventory. My home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, located in a gated community, and less than 2500 square feet, is going around $1.1 million. The outskirts of San Jose, homes are running around $1,400 per square foot. The very next exit has homes running around $400 per square foot. This is a very crazy market. Broke up with my gf so I have no need for 10000+sq ft being 30 and single 3. Want to go back to a 5500 sq ft or so house on the other side of the neighborhood that literally will cost half of what this house does. Plus if I am in Vegas or LA for 6 months I won't feel guilty for a smaller house sitting empty. www.carltonwoods.com is the neighborhood that madmurcie and I live in, not a bad place to live but the houses start at $1 mm for about 4000 sq ft so it is pricey for Houston. Larry, Isnt some of the pictures you posted pictures of Mr. Spences home? The humongous home....aka the biggest home in The Woodlands.... By the way next time you are in The Woods Id ike to meet up with you. You can come to lunch or something at the clubhouse with my father and I. Also, my buddies house is for sale right across from Electra. I can give you the adress and al that stuff if you want. I think they are asking 1.2 mil and its 5400 sq ft. Vai Report post Posted March 16, 2007 I went for my annual check up last week and my blood test results show that my LDL and Triglycerides are waaaay to high. In the past I've managed to keep it down through diet and lambda lambda lambda and the omega mu-3 supplements..But I guess my family history is catching up with me. So my Doc wants to put me on Vytorin. I'm really opposed to traditional medication but I'm really left with no other option. Is there anybody here taking a Cholesterol lowering medication? IE; Lipitor,Zocor,Crestor etc..If so have you experienced any side effects? Tks Minte your house is GORGEOUS!!!! And Erik has the best kitchen BY FAR!!!!
