ameer Report post Posted May 14, 2009 Check out this song (Deep Dish) Sharam feat. Kid Cudi. The only word that comes to my mind to characterize this song is... unique.

pockmark Report post Posted September 5, 2009 Retro mix Probably one of my favourite mixes of all time and here is a segment of it. I insist that you try and get hold of the whole mix because it is really really worth it. I am downloading the last 5 years of entire Tiesto Sets from Ibiza

Swil Report post Posted September 5, 2009 Damn, I can't believe I didnt pay attention to this thread earlier, some good shit!!! It's so nice to find others that love this music. This is probably one of the only music out there that can transcend multiple age groups at once. Im a HUGE Deep House and Chill/Lounge listener. Trance takes a little for me to get used to.. Actually working on producing a CD right now.

Oliver did you stop by the outdoor party at the old port? This is older but god damn do I love this beat:

He is in Miami Oct. 17th, but the tickets are kind of expensive as it is at club LIV. I may go see him in Orlando as it is only $55 for VIP passes. Yeah, thats all the VIP passes are at BoMA but we also decided to get a table with a nice view because the pit/dance floor areas tend to get MEGA hot and sweaty with all the people rolling and going crazy....I think it would be a worthwhile trip for ya! Destructo Report post Posted September 12, 2009 I know alot of people already know of and like DeadMau5, but I started listening to more of his tracks and really enjoy it. DeadMau5 "Ghosts and Stuff" great driving song
capt_chaos Report post Posted September 12, 2009 fcuk Tiestos Ibiza Mixes are good. Never been a big fan of his regualr cd's, but these mixes are nuts! His compilation albums wither and dither abit. You need to go to a set or just listen to Elements of Life album. Not impressed with the first track coming off his new album. On a Deadmau5 related bit
capt_chaos Report post Posted September 12, 2009 Deadmau5 production tracks are really good.. but the guy is a total tool. and as a live DJ goes .. he sucks I heard mixed stuff about his sets. If you do not mind me asking what have you heard about him? It seems like he wants to remix every track.
ben Report post Posted September 12, 2009 Here's my contribution: The most songs you'll hear being mixed right now and the best beats for house music are from David Guetta right now and specifically his Ibiza Kickoff from 6/27/2009. He also has a closing from 9/11/09 (yesterday) that is the closing set from the event (downloading now from alldj.org) I strongly recommend anyone who doesnt like house music, or hasnt really grasped what it is, listen to: http://alldj.org/index.php?name=News&o...e&sid=26409 That's the kickoff I mentioned above. It's a 59mb free download, almost an hour long, and simply smashes it. Opens with the Its Gonna Be remix he did from the BEP. Listen and lemme know what you think!! I am downloading your link now. His earlier stuff was amazing - A little more love is an anthem between my friends and I. There is a remix used for films and adverts which is really deep and just amazing; one of those tracks that would get paraplegic up and out of their chair dancing. The World Is Mine is a another fantastic track. But his latest album he seems to have stumbled over himself trying collaborate with Rnb/Hip hop stars which to mean changes his sound and goes against his Euro funky house roots. Now Kelly Rowland is probably one of the amazingly gorgeous things on the planet, the track is pretty good and Guetta looks like a hobo in the video but there are no excuses for that Akon track or Akon himself even. Try looking for a Radio one Essential mix by him as it is very good and features the little more love remix. Infact here you go http://www.mixriot.com/content/david-guetta-em-2005-01-
jpohl402 Report post Posted September 21, 2009 That new Guetta song w Akon - sucks ! Good recommendations for dance/techno clubs in the Phoenix area ? (Big name DJs, etc) Axis/Radius in Scottsdale ? Thanks....

Kevin2772 Report post Posted September 21, 2009 Deadmau5 has a lot of great shit. Ive been a pretty big fan of him for a while. It amazes me that he can spin with that big mouse head on stage that he wears sometimes. 2 weeks from Tomorrow and ill be seeing Tiesto again. I'm a fan of "I will be here". Another great Deadmau5 song is "Not Exactly" Thats one of my favorites.
