Ace,

Yes, I had that made by ALSA automotive in Wales. Prior to that I had unsightly discolouration on the bumper paint caused by the heat from the exhausts. The piece is made from aluminium and is coated with the heat coating used on exhausts/ headers. It fits between the two fins found on the 6 litre bumper. From memory it was about £150 for the piece plus the cost of the Zircotec coating (£50 or thereabouts). I am guessing you are in the USA so a trip to Wales is not on the cards. Any decent local shop should be able to knock one up for you.

Hope that helps.

I have the same issue, burning up the vinyl wrap on the exhaust when doing high speeds and the tips cook. Any engineering specs, sizes, CAD files (dwg) etc. would be most welcome and I can get a local shop in Aus to make one.

Thanks

Andre

So whats the next diablo on your list? The 6.0??

Arancio 6.0. Just having some difficulty getting what I want. Local dealer has a perfectly suitable car, but I refuse to deal with them on principle after they shafted me over a year ago.

I have to clarify something here because of some messages I received.

Above, I am not talking about the local Lambo dealer. Lamborghini Melbourne is phenomenal in every aspect. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone there, from the sales guys, to the service and parts people. Our relationship is so good, we even socialise together.

I am talking about Duttons which is a local exotic dealer here, that sells everything from Bugatti, Enzo, LaFer, 918, old Lambos, race cars, exotics, etc.

Pity their principles went out the door chasing a $.

I don't usually like modified Diablos, but I've always liked yours. It's been done very well.

Roy offered a SE30 wheels set in the last months. If you have luck it´s still available.

Leo

I have no no bother swapping my wheels for SE wheels. My tyres are pretty much brand new also. I'm sure delivery collection could be worked on.
