Just got my frist new car

I really do think most of the responses were in jest. What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger. I don't think anyone meant any harm.

 

first few posts I agree with you than it all went down hill from there, I knew he will get flamed when he posted the first pic than some of his later comments did not help at all.

I was reading his replies and kept saying nooo he did not! but come one I expected a bit more class from some of our fellow LP members.

I am sure most guys didn't mean any harm by their comments but fashion advice? please give me a break the guy was wearing his work uniform.

The poor guy was told to shave, loose weight, change his shoes, buy a watch, buy different clothes, buy a different car WTF!?

I want to see a photo of the guy that gave fashion advice, posing next to his ride sporting his best gear, come on let us see, he at least had the balls to put his pic up on the net for others to see, wrong move but what's done is done!

 

In my opinion if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all.

 

Pumcy my advice is next time be more reserved and patient do not beg for sympathy it is a sign of weakness and when the wolfs smell blood you are in trouble, do not let this get you down, whatever you bought it is for you, I personally don't like Hyundai and most guys feel like me unfortunately most guys here as harsh as it may seem don't find buying a new Hyundai at 25 a great achievement that's the reason why you got no immediate replies, having said all that it doesn't give anyone the right to make fun of you!

I think if you were a bit more patient sooner or later somone would've posted a comment, your second post was what killed you, some of the subsequent ones weren't helping either.

Enjoy your ride and I hope this will make you stronger rather than make you loose faith!

I knew i was bound to get flamed and I knew there was going to be some photoshops. I guess i just wasn't prepared for what ensued. Thanks for backing me up about my work clothes. I mean seriously, I'm not gonna wear a fcuking suit and then crawl under a desk with it on. I'd just be throwing away money if I did that.

I am quite aware that my second post definitely shot me in the foot. Won't be doing that again.

 

As far as not liking Hyundai, I would never fault anyone for that. They have been getting much more reliable, and better quality components are used in each subsequent model, but it's still no luxury machine.

Honestly, if they hadn't released a RWD coupe, i wouldn't have even considered the brand. I went to test drive it not expecting much and was completely turned around on my opinion.
