AJGlobal Report post Posted June 10, 2010 No 8lb. pully? They have a 80MM pulley which will do 8lb and he will send it to me if I want it but then you start running into warranty issues with dodge. Remember, this car only has 800 miles on it and its an '09 that went into service in Dec. So it has 2 1/2 years left on warranty. Factory warranty is NOT voided with this kit. The 6lb pulley is 85MM and is as far as they recommend going as to not risk having issues should there be a need to fix something under warranty later. To be honest with you anything above 6lbs is going to run into traction issues. It already breaks loose in 1st at 1/4 throttle and will break loose in 2nd for a bit before hooking up. The boost kicks in around 2,000 to 2,500 RPM's and just goes. With the 6lb pulley its going to be more than enough to handle.
