VBUGKING Report post Posted September 29, 2010 I am thinking of selling/trading some cars and picking up a Phantom Drophead. Anyone know of some killer deals out there? I check ebay regularly. I am leaning towards Black, and it must have the stainless hood package thing and the chrome wheels, and lots of factory warranty left. I would rather it had some miles on it so it keeps the price down. I'll be in West Palm Thursday and I can have my guy find you a deal, so lmk what 'killer deal' is to you. Maybe 280k-300k? They are one of the more reasonable dealers around usually but this car is a bit high. My good Rolls/Bentley buddy says 09 around 305, 08 290 with 4-5k miles. With as many as for sale I am sure you could get a great deal but many of the interior colors aren't as sporty as this one. I guess it comes down to the numbers for what I would get for my cars and how well the drophead is priced for what it is (miles, options, age etc). I plan to keep it for about 1-2 years so I want one that isnt at the top of the market, so I dont lose as much when I get out of it. No way an 09 with 1k miles would sell for 270's in a good color/option combo. See where you can get them with your trades. You can always say no. The color works. VBUGKING Report post Posted September 29, 2010 Here are cars I would consider letting go of: 2009 DBS with 1100 miles, casino royale/black, manual, sticker of 270k, bought new by me (no I didnt pay sticker), warranty punched just 3-4 months ago. 2008 599 GTB with 2300 miles, black/bordeaux, im the 2nd owner, ultra loaded with over 370k sticker, plus it has the 20k+ HGTE factory handling package and Tubi straight pipes (also have the stock exhaust), still has like 9 months of factory warranty left. 2010 911 Turbo PDK, 2200 miles, white/red, im the 2nd owner, ultra loaded with 163k sticker, warranty punched like 7 months ago. All my cars are in showroom condition and kept in a climate controlled garage. Edit: I have title in hand for these cars as well.
