I wish I would have saved the money spent on all my exterior and NA mods and used it to instead by this. I never thought I would see the day it would go. I guess I should have known as soon as the 911 hit the garage. THis car is definitely one of a kind and the new owner will be one lucky bastard!

 

As far as car #2, I will throw in my guess of a RR Phantom.... not the drophead. On the right track?

Didn't he say he's already buying a bentley? Doubt he'd buy an Arnage and a Phantom.... Gotta be something raw IMO

These true 6 speed cars are becoming a thing of the past and when they are TT, like this one, even more so a car to get while you still can.

 

The ONLY 2011 570-4SL in a TRUE 6 speed that I had has sold this week, for TOP dollar....it is on it;s way to the TT shop via the new owner as we speak..but due to a non-disclose request I can not say to who or where...but sure it will pop up soon..I think the totla cost for car and TT will WELL exceed $350K plus...so here is your chance to get a tried and proven one WITH all the upgrade new 570 cosmetic upgrades as well for a FRACTION of the cost...

And a brand new model year 6-speed manual 570 Superleggera has recently been purchased and is headed to the TT shop as we speak.

In for a guess on car number 2.. He said he is done with exotics. He likes to mod his cars. He wants something raw and different.

You guys always project what YOU want when these threads come up, rather than listening and guessing what the person himself is going to do...

 

Let me help you out, my guesses based on Allan's comments and personality.

 

Aventador = OUT (never buys new)

 

ANY Gallardo = OUT (been there done that)

 

ANY Murcie/LP640/LP670 = OUT (been there done that)

 

McLaren = OUT (never buys new, plus he hates it, plus he would rather wait for the new Esprit if going this route)

 

458 = LIKELY OUT (slightly possible, but only because he can probably get one at MSRP through connections, which means he wouldn't take a depreciation hit if he sold it in 18-24 months)

 

GT-R/ZR-1/Aston/Whatever = WAY OUT (come on, use your brains people)

 

Porsche = OUT (been there done that, has a nice one currently)

 

So....

 

All this tells me that he's not going for anything common, maybe he's going to finally scratch that itch he has with one of those damn kitcars like the Ultima or whatever-the-hell they are called.

 

It will have to be something way out of bounds, something that isn't like what he's had over the years, simply because he's bored. Most likely he'll go luxury first with the Arnage, and tinker with the Porsche while he waits for something to move him.

 

No clue what that would be.

He decided to get an R8 and z r one and twin turbo 308.

Maybe a Brooklands... And do some insane mods to it.
