Ok, let us pretend that you are being serious. Regarding capcha, understood. Regarding noise, no it is not to intice people to "make noise" it is to help with the filtering out the genuine members from the bot generated users. Not sorting out the buyers from the spyiers because they can go back to lurking. We are asking for input of one post not them to post reams of nonsensical spouting. This one post helps us generate criteria in the backstage software to filter out the deadwood. Hope this makes sense to you and look forward to your non-noise making input in the not so near future.
