The 36.35mm one is neither nor: too small for any men above 5'4" and slightly too big/chunky to be considered a lady's model. The 41mm is ok but nothing to get excited about: i.e. nothing new on the calibre/movement. Nothing spectacular really other than some aesthetic work.
