Thanks very much. I never get bored of the colour. It looks different everytime depending on the lighting / sun on it.

 

Yes the manual, is fantastic. Such an old school feel; having to blip it on up shifts (unless when driving in full-attack-pedal-to-the-metal mode ), and double blipping on downshifts to get the shifts through smoothly. Also it definitely needs time to let it warm up properly otherwise the gearbox is almost not useable. When going full out, the gearshifts can be done extremely quickly, using delicacy and force! Plus its lighter than an e-gear; so should be about 50kg lighter than an aventador. Hence its neck and neck with my friends' Aventadors!

haha yeah, fully standard. I have thought of putting a Kreissegg on it, and thats why i was begging Kris/RaggingBull to bring his SV and not yet another Aventador as i wanted to hear it in real. but I think i will keep her fully standard; dont want to affect the value of mine by modding it; since its such a unique 6speed SV.

Do not change it, it's one if the best sounding standard exhausts I've heard, I've never heard the car while driving unfortunately because the sequence we were in I was always missing you, I always heard your car when you drove in the parking areas, unfortunately every time I looked for you to say hi you were never next to the car so I had no idea how you looked like

Another highlight of the festivities was the arrival Saturday morning of Valentino Balboni, Lamborghini’s longtime test driver, in a 350 GT convertible – one of two made. Mr. Balboni had just completed restoring it in a marathon round-the-clock thrash.

 

“I have worked on it for six months, and I have just finished in the hours after midnight,” Mr. Balboni said. “I drove it here from the factory; I did not want it brought on a truck. It started to rain as I drove into town, and I had to stop in a gas station until the rains stopped, because I did not have time to restore the convertible top.”
