That isn't going to work with ISIS but also, is he kidding me? And he wants to achieve a new cordial working relationship with Russia too. Makes my head spin. Can't imagine having to endure that. Why doesn't that ISIS prick show his face if he is so empowered and so "just" for his message? Coward piece of excriment. We need to introduce more their ISIS "army" of cowards to our selection of fine weaponry. I fear we may not be able to save the other captured journalist. I imagine now that guys like them are captured and sold off from group to group, Foley was captured in Syria in 2012.
