BTW, in regards to betting:

 

We have had a safety in the last three super bowls. Two of them as first scores of the game.

 

Normally a very unusual first score to a game, although in the season opener this year, I think one or two teams opened with safeties.

 

So with the big odds they carry, $20-50 would be a reasonable bet for safety being first score. I think it's around 40-50:1....something like that, maybe higher (should be a lot higher).
