Ok, trying to be completely honest here! Kind of like what would Jesus do? :icon_mrgreen:

He would boil him alive in big stew full of semen and urea. Then rip his limbs off and make him eat them. All that while keeping the dude alive and in great pain. I am almost sure about that.

Definitely a situation where a gun loaded with rubber bullets like everyone drives around with in Russia would have made this video a lot more fulfilling to watch.

If he was in Florida I'm guessing the stand your ground law could be applied since a rock can be considered a deadly weapon. Both parties are lucky things didn't escalate further.

thats all i am saying. BTW if you kicked his ass he would most likely go to jail for assault with a weapon. I am no lawyer but throwing a 3 pound rock could have killed the passenger if it hit him in the head. Just sayin.

Lets put a guy that was racing his $500,000 car in a residential neighborhood and then beat a man into a coma in front of a jury of his 'peers' and see how that goes... You're not walking away from that one.

According to a Reddit post, the Lamborghini driver was racing up and down a residential street for a prolonged period. Reddit user Vests writes:

Incident details:

I recognized the street and the car when I saw the video this morning and decided to talk to a few people that witness the incident. It’s in Los Angeles… On my street.

Lamborghini driver was driving at high speed in a loop in a residential area. He was repeatedly asked to go somewhere else. The stone incident happened after 30 minutes of nonstop racing. Police were called.

Lol.. This is LA. Cops don’t just show up when you call unless there is some sort of emergency. But cops were called and I’m sure they will have no trouble tracking down the car if they want to bother.

Reddit user Vests also uploaded these images of the scene:

Doesn't matter if he was or wasn't driving like a douche. Dosnt warrant property damage. But even if he wasn't some people are just fcuking stupid, and get annoyed or insecure about nice cars and loud exhausts. I was hanging out with a friend who had straight pipes on his F430 and he had dropped me off at my house. Upon leaving my buddy was pulling out of the neighborhood going under 20 mph and one of my douche bag neighbors comes out screaming cussing and flipping him off. I later went to ask him what his fcuking problem was. All he could bitch about is "you young kids, and your expensive fcuking car" No property damage or anything was done, just really annoying that old bitter fucks like this are around.

Now as I see it on my laptop, typical Reddit. Straight up lies.

1st one, the straight line looks too narrow.

2nd one, fcuking have no idea whats going on there, but there's no way thats an aventador.

3 is so badly obviously a motorcycle.

I agree. The area must be a hotspot for burnouts and doughnuts.

Amazing how fast people steal vids on youtube, if you do a search on "lambo rock throw" you see easily 30 people have stolen the vid.

In the search I found how this guy dealt with rock throwers:

I'm really loving all the tough guys who would have "gotten their gun out" or confronted the guy. There are a handful of things in my life I'd be willing to spend life in prison for and I'm closely related to all of them. Its a car; take the rock, drive on, call the cops, call the insurance company and its over with. Any other decision might result in some terrible consequences for the driver. Some of the best advice I've heard in my life? "Never fcuk with someone who has nothing to lose when you have a lot to lose".

While what you say does make sense, you must remember... We are human beings. Everyone is different and would have handled that situation differently based on how they were feeling that day and in what kind of mood.

Anyone that knows me would say I am as easy going and optimistic as they come. The absolute last guy in the room to throw a punch... But there is a huge difference between my personality and my attitude...

My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are.

In this scenario, I would have got out of the car and only got back in it upon seeing the rock throwers eyes roll alllllll the way back in his head...

You may not agree with me on this one and as much as I agree the better thing to do would be to just drive away instead of face jail time for someone that did not wake up from a coma, but the same could be said about every single mistake someone makes each day, and people make many mistakes each day that they regret.

Carpe Diem

Dad Pummeled 11-Year-Old Kid For Bullying His 9-Year-Old Son

A furious father escorted his 9-year-old autistic son onto a school bus late last week and proceeded to beat up an 11-year-old kid who had allegedly been bullying the boy.

The incident occurred on Friday morning in the Bay Area suburb of Richmond, California.

Police say the assailant, Burnis Hurd got on the bus with his son. Then, his son identified the boy who had been bullying him.

"The father grabbed the 11-year old by the hair, pulled hard and raised the child out of his seat, then shoved him on the side of the bus where the window meets the wall," Richmond Police Lt. Mark Gagan told CBS San Francisco.

Police say Hurd, 44, also warned that he would kill the 11-year-old boy and also threatened some other kids on the bus for good measure.

The melee was not captured on videotape and the bus driver didn't get involved. In fact, the bus driver never even bothered to report the incident. Instead, the 11-year-old kid informed the principal at Wilson Elementary School in Richmond, where both children are enrolled in a special education program.

The alleged bully ended up with a cheek abrasion and a gashed earlobe.

Hurd ended up in jail. He has been charged with child abuse and bodily injury to a child. As on Monday, he remained in jail pending a $50,000 bond.

The 11-year-old boy's aunt and guardian, Shanika Moses, said she wants the mad dad "prosecuted to the fullest,"

I'm not sure I would say case-in-point on this one.

This is a totally different situation. A 44 year old beating on an 11 year old? There's no justification for that at all.

Some douchebag old guy throwing rocks. That's a little different. The guy throwing rocks should know better. The 11 year old is just a shitty kid. He should no better, but it's reasonable to think his parents are shitty too, so maybe he doesn't.

There's better ways to handle a bully.

I'd have let the dad go if I were on the jury.

I was thinking in terms of it being better to walk away.
