Ryan335 Report post Posted September 13, 2014 Saw on the local news last night they moved this piece of garbage to the Ohio State Penitentiary. That's my neck of the woods, he's now a 5-7 minute drive away from me. Shall I say hello? I toured the Super Max when they built it back in the late 90's. Each floor/cell block is laid out in a mirror image of the one above it. Level 5 prisoners are in their 6.5 x 11 foot cell 23 hours a day, with 1 hour for "recreation" which consists of another cell with a window for fresh air. Don't think he'll be escaping again. It holds levels 3, 4, and 5 with a separate level 1 correctional and rehab facility. Lane was already a level 3 when he was at the Lima, OH prison so I assume with the escape he'll be bumped up to level 4 but I don't know.
