Super Trofeo Stradale / iPE Catless Headers / Kreissieg Exhaust

Took around 8 days and 60 hours of labor to get it done as the engine had to come out. I don't know where to begin with the process, it just took so much time to make sure everything is done right.

 

So here's a quick video we made until I post the install pics and review.

 

I feel like it was worth it. Headers is where all the magic is. Good seeing some one willing to pull the trigger on doing something like this and especially the Kreissieg exhaust.

It's a one off, custom made and it's valveless. We were trying to achieve the highest pitch possible on the LP engine. After going back and forth with Kreissieg, they came up with the project but it had to be valveless as the pipes would be completely different from their stock spec.

That's just nasty I can just imagine how it sounds in real life!

Sounds a lot like an AWE straight piped CGT. That is high praise.

Full major service was done, all fluids were replaced including front and rear differential, brake fluid and coolant, checked for any leaks, all AC components were replaced including the front panel, alternator replaced, fuel filter replaced and some more which I cant recall at the moment. We did not use the heat shields as the car will be running a lot cooler with both the primary and secondary cats gone.

After 4 months of waiting, the Trofeo R tires arrived just in time!

 

 

And finally, the cars weight (1528.5 KG = 3369 LB)
