I'm sorry, they don't really look like each other to me. I like the GT more. Come on guys....the front overhangs and angles look the same, the rear scoop angles look the same, the flair above the rear taillights look the same, the color looks the same and the rake of the windshield and how it flows in to the roof looks the same. The closest thing you could say is the headlights are similar to the 918, the rear arch is similar to the ThethetheFerrari, and at its core you have the historical GT A Pillar. Not seeing the Asterion comparison, I think the blue paint is throwing you guys off. Not crazy about the V6 either, the GT really needs to have a V8. Further cements my theory that a 2005 era Ford GT in Gulf themed color or all-black with not stripes is probably one of the best car investment one can make. And come on, the Asterion came out only a few months ago, Ford has been developing this car for years, I highly doubt they'd redesign the whole thing once they saw the Asterion. That car isn't even good looking. The only thing I see is a bit of Ferrari tailight and the side profile reminds me of ThethetheFerrari, although a lot of supercars have that same side profile nowadays.
