Again? He's never actually run. He just acts like he might so he can soak up as much publicity as possible, which is like oxygen to him. If he does try to "run" it will be to extend his window of attention some as he knows he has no chance.

Trump will never run for president. Trump is all about himself and when he is lacking on publicity he say's he is going to run.

+1 for Paul

He seems to be the sanest of all the clowns which includes Trump( arguably the loudest ) now.

So many people jumping into the fray makes me wonder if this is one way to live tax free and on OPM for a couple of years at least.

At least he is the only one that seems to understand that every company getting massive increases in stock value without any corresponding profit increases is a bubble.

If you're a capitalist, Amazon makes you think the market is a fcuking idiot that can't fix itself.

If Trump or anyone else thinks we have an asset bubble, I would assume he can make Millions or Billions(especially someone who we can assume knows how to use leverage) by placing the right bets.

Might be a digression from the original topic, but AMZN stock price is all about future growth and margins. It is a bullish bet by some very sophisticated investors, but they might be proven wrong , who knows ! If anyone thinks AMZN is over valued they can always take the other side of the trade.

They said the same thing is the 90s. As soon as they wanted to turn a lot of these companies profitable, they died because people weren't willing to pay for it.

Look at Yelp. $3.29B market cap! No profits and its biggest competitor is Google.

Yes the 90's were indeed crazy. Folks were able to raise money for the most ridiculous of ideas. But there were people on the Street who called that out, just like a few did call out the housing bubble and made Billions.

BTW I wouldn't compare Yelp to GOOG. Google owns the internet with its search algo and is far more diversified, plus it could buy off Yelp in a heart beat.

True..he has been bankrupt 4 times though.....

He couldn't do any worse than the incumbent, that's for damn sure.

Thanks in advance trump. You and the other batshit fuckbrains will again ensure that the primaries will turn into a total circus, marginalizing the halfway sensible republican candidates.

Make peace with it, fellas. Hilary inbound.

I hate to say it.. but if ppl are dumb enough to vote Hillary then they can sleep in the bed they make. I can't believe that in all these "democratic" countries... these sorry sack of shit ppl are the best they can find. I use quotations since democracy is a concept designed to give people the idea that they have a choice... they don't.

When she wins, I will put up a thread. But to be fair, I'll give you fifteen minutes to retract and no harm no foul.

She was going to win the last time till she did not win the Primaries.

This is getting interesting :

Trump highlights:

“I’m using my own money. I’m not using lobbyists. I’m not using donors. I don’t care. I’m really rich.”

Trump listed several foreign threats that he said are "beating America" in his speech. These included China, Japan, Mexico, which he said is sending immigrants across the border that are “not the right people,” and “Islamic terrorism.”

“I’m in competition with [iSIS]. They just built a hotel in Syria.”

“I am a nice person. People that know me like me,” Trump said. “Does my family like me? I think so.”

"I love the Saudis, many are in this building."

"I would call up the head of Ford, who I know, if I was president."

"I will be the greatest jobs president that God ever created."

I would vote for Rubio or Rand Paul before Trump, but I would rather have ANY of the 3 than have Hillary or Jeb Bush

Trump over Jeb Bush, really?

Maybe I'm woefully out of touch but we had 12 years of Bush Sr. and Jr, and dare I think this one seems more levelheaded than either of those two?

Jeb Bush seems too establishment Republican and also is not proving to be as adept as many thought he was going to be, Rubio looks too much like a kid, Rand Paul is an arrogant a-hole IMO, and also way too libertarian and isolationist, Ted Cruz is too socially conservative and also like Obama thinks he's the smartest guy in the room, Scott Walker might be a good candidate though. As for Trump, he politics-wise also strikes me as an arrogant a-hole, as he thinks he's the smartest guy on the issues and everyone else is a moron, and he will turn the whole thing into a circus.

Ironically, the only candidate thus far that is looking like the smart, sensible, and possibly effective one is Carly Fiorina. Her problem is the perception that she drove HP into the ground. I don't know how true that is (she of course says it isn't), but even if not, the perception is what will hurt her. Some point out that she got clobbered in running against Barbara Boxer in California, but then again, that's California. Her being clobbered there was no more surprising than Wendy Davis getting clobbered in Texas. Also some say that since she has never been in government, that is bad.

It would really be the ultimate bitch slap to Hillary though, to lose to a female Republican candidate.

I haven't laughed this loud in some time. For the sake of comical value I hope he gets into at least a few of the debates

President Trump :

“I say that you can defeat ISIS by taking their wealth,” Trump told the Fox News Channel star. “Take back the oil. Once you go over and take back that oil, they have nothing. You bomb the hell out of them, and then you encircle it, and then you go in. And you let Mobil go in, and you let our great oil companies go in. Once you take that oil, they have nothing left.”

He continued: “I would hit them so hard. I would find you a proper general, I would find the Patton or MacArthur. I would hit them so hard your head would spin.”

But he refused to say whether he’d send American ground troops into Syria. “I’m not telling you anything,” he said to O’Reilly. “And the reason I’m not is because if I run and I win, I don’t want them to know the game plan.”
