Purchased the building three years ago it was 55% now 90% they are slammed busy / happy it's me opening up vs leasing it to someone that would compete. Ferrucio cafe, Countach Cafe Agree - there is a Coffee shop in Prague selling their almost new F1 tables chairs etc very cool but would require TV's everywhere prefer less commercial but by adding a mezzanine for F1 viewing etc - have a CXC simulator and scale cars memorabilia that I could take from the house. Few guys started a Cars & Coffee up to 1200 member on fb - 300 cars show up at these events but the kids and their ricers could take over and that's an issue.
