I'm just waiting to see how long they work around that 40' glulam without having to move it. :lol2:

"Hey, um, when are you guys going to put that up?"

"No, no, that is staying there. The owner says it is "art""

That's some quick progress!

The pictures are not real time!!!!

The build started in November and we lost a month due to bad weather, they estimated that it will be done in July

Thanks bud! The covered carport was my brothers idea. its a great place to wash your car in the summer and in the winter there will be no snow in that area

Pool mechanical room had its foundation walls poured and now its framed up. We made changes from the original drawings so this was done separate from the house pour. We had to dig pretty deep to hit solid ground for this pillar to hold up the covered patio. The covered patio is really big as I wanted lots of shade in summer as it gets really hot here. The pool will be going on this side and I will have a retaining wall so the pool is on the main floor. I wanted it on the main floor so everything I use is on one level!!!

Love it! I'm amazed at how fast everything is progressing!

Whats "really hot" there?

Lol , we should make a count and see how many times that gets posted over the course of the thread.

He is just uploading pics of the progress slowly and is much farther ahead then he has currently posted .

It just makes me laugh cause I feel every time I open this thread to check if there are more pictures , again someone posts how amazingly fast the house is being built lol.

Ktown can be 30 to 40 degrees even sometimes in the summer . It's a beautiful summer lake town for sure.

The Tennis court had a little shed that was falling apart so I decided to keep the foundation and build a new shed to match the house. You can kinda see the original shed in the first picture. The cool thing is, even the shed has a lake view lol

Getting pretty close to real time! My builder says it will be done in July but I think he is a little optimistic. I'm really loving this house build, it makes a huge differences having a builder you can trust!
