Let the lulz begin...

You must first consult with NASA, although the most important part of the conversion is the Kabob (I actually mean kebab).

Queue all the "sell it and buy a manual" responses.

It would be very interesting to see a proper writeup on this, as I suspect as time goes on more people will want to do such a conversion.

Anyone here done a conversion or has a complete parts list?

It's been discussed before. You should be able to find the threads by searching, but from what I remember, not a conclusive outcome, but anything is possible.

The best would have been if you could have bought that wrecked LP640 gated in Canada that sold last week and pulled all the parts and sold the rest.

This question was more of a joke before. However, now that a substantial value difference exists, it's worth seriously exploring. Someone post a DIY. Lol.

Converting your SV would be ballsy but also badass.

I missed the COPART auction. Anyone have any idea who bought it?

I am really wanting to do this swap

If there was a definitive list of parts that I could get for £10-15k I'd do it in an instant. I am coming to loathe Egear. The problem is this list doesn't seem to exist.

Unfortunately nobody has given this out.

IF you go somewhere like Ricambi and look at the parts diagrams you can pick out the majority of it. It's the miscellaneous items and the ECU that I am really unsure of.

I recall a thread or two or more on D.Wiggs SV with the manual conversion. I was in Ohio getting a PPI on a car (didn't end up getting that one - found a better one) and saw D.Wiggs SV on the lift at Midwestern Auto Group (MAG) - the Lambo dealer in Dublin, OH.

I asked the technician, Parker, about the car and he told me it had been converted to manual and said it was difficult to drive with all the horsepower and had to be tuned every time after driving. D.Wiggs SV was there getting an estimate to turn it back to stock as shipped from the factory. If I recall correctly, Parker had estimated 300 hours of labor.

If the conversion back to stock gets done, maybe there will be some parts for sale... Or if Parker does the work, maybe he will have a list of parts.

Absolutely no way it could be 300 hours. Was that a typo for 30? That's damn near 2 months of full time work on only that car.

It was something high like that to restore the entire car back to stock. It appeared lost of mods had been made. I'd guess the turbos would need to be removed and whatever else to get the engine back to stock, change out rear body pieces where exhaust had been routed to, change exhaust back to stock location, change transmission (or just remove the 6 speed). Wish I could have gotten an interior pic.

I know it's 100% possible. If people can swap SMG m3 to 6mt this is doable albeit more complicated

How recent was this?

Maybe his car is balloon white originally wrapped to a Bianco Canopus with a satin wrap? If not that's an awful paint mismatch

I took that pic on May 24, 2016. I'm pretty sure it had a wrap on it.

I just tried to put together a quick parts list from looking at please check with our franchised lamborghini dealer sponsors.com. I basically compared the pages from the e-gear/manual pages for pages that had separate listings, from the pages with shared items I just included the items that listed 'manual' in their description and I included the whole 'control tower' page.

Hopefully it can at least be a useful starting point.

Edit: Lambo power removed the name of the page I used as a source for the parts list.

Edit: Updated parts list to include some electrical stuff. Even though included in list you probably wouldn't want to swap the instrument cluster. I'm sure the current gear display could instead just be disconnected or something.

Don't you remember DWiggs' "mechanics" in the engine compartment sporting blowtorches and chainsaws hacking away at it?

Why not just buy Dwiggs "pre done car"? That way you don't have to risk your own car.

Apparently it is so fast it is impossible to catch let alone buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
