VCR Report post Posted October 14, 2016 Did the orange 6.0 changed owner in Japan? The license plates before and after the "transformation" are from 2 different regions: one is in core Tokyo while the other is way out in the suburbs. Very sad about the new looks! VCR Report post Posted October 14, 2016 Man I swear I hate what the Japs do to lambos.. They ruin anything from Countachs to Murcielagos.. I know not a diablo. But a taste of ... lack of taste. Might as well design your own car and put it on a custom built chassis or something. Let's not jump to generalization here. Some mods are tastefully done and most cars are left unmolested but there is a small faction of people who do very silly things to their bulls. They do this for a living though as these people work for a car magazine that features articles about the mods. So these cars go through endless transformations. Not defending them at all but they sure have fun doing it. Some of them participated at the Grande Giro with a Diablo wrapped in neon pink. One person had his hair trimmed featuring the Lambo 50th logo.

MrEd Report post Posted October 14, 2016 I went around with this in 2007 and assembled the complete VIN list for all U.S. 6.0's. There were 140 U.S. 6.0's give or take 1 or 2. Below is the breakdown of the number of cars per color from the factory. 37 - Yellow & Pearl Yellow 30 - Titanium & Dark Grey 22 - Pearl Orange 17 - Black 15 - Red & Rosso Vik 10 - Blue 5 - Purple 1 - Purple Grey 1 - Dark Green 1 - White It looks like the above lists do not include mine ZA9DU01B21LA12553 Originally Silver now Pearl Orange (Arancio Atlas) Tan & Black interior. That is excellent. Is the full VIN list published anywhere? I listed 85 cars with pics : And 97 additional folders of non identified US 6.0 are yet to be classified ... That is great. If you can make out the license plates on any of them, VINwiki has a PL82VIN converter that might be useful. Here are the 108 so far: ZA9DU01B21LA12469 Orange ZA9DU01B91LA12502 Black ZA9DU01B21LA12505 Yellow ZA9DU01B61LA12507 Yellow ZA9DU01B81LA12508 Orange ZA9DU01B31LA12514 Orange ZA9DU01B91LA12517 Blue ZA9DU01B21LA12522 Red ZA9DU01B31LA12528 Pearl Yellow ZA9DU01B51LA12532 Orange ZA9DU01BX1LA12543 Titanium ZA9DU01B11LA12544 Black ZA9DU01B21LA12553 Painted Orange ZA9DU01B81LA12556 Orange ZA9DU01B31LA12576 Vik ZA9DU01B91LA12582 Black ZA9DU01B11LA12589 Yellow ZA9DU01BX1LA12591 Black ZA9DU01B31LA12593 Purple ZA9DU01B71LA12595 Orange ZA9DU01B01LA12597 Titanium ZA9DU01B21LA12603 Vik ZA9DU01B01LA12616 Blue ZA9DU01B21LA12617 Yellow ZA9DU01B11LA12625 Titanium ZA9DU01B31LA12626 Red ZA9DU01B71LA12628 Titanium ZA9DU01B21LA12634 Orange ZA9DU01B41LA12635 Titanium ZA9DU01B61LA12636 Yellow ZA9DU01B11LA12642 Titanium ZA9DU01B51LA12644 Painted Ithaca ZA9DU01B71LA12645 Orange ZA9DU01B91LA12646 Yellow ZA9DU01B01LA12647 Titanium ZA9DU01B21LA12651 Black ZA9DU01B41LA12652 Titanium ZA9DU01B61LA12653 Yellow ZA9DU01B81LA12654 Titanium ZA9DU01B31LA12657 Painted Ithaca ZA9DU01B71LA12659 Yellow ZA9DU01B91LA12663 Blue ZA9DU01B21LA12665 Orange ZA9DU01B41LA12666 Titanium ZA9DU01B61LA12667 Titanium ZA9DU01B51LA12675 Yellow ZA9DU01B91LA12677 Orange ZA9DU01B21LA12679 Yellow ZA9DU01B01LA12681 Titanium ZA9DU01B21LA12682 Black ZA9DU01B11LA12697 Yellow ZA9DU01B31LA12698 Titanium ZA9DU01B51LA12699 Yellow ZA9DU01B71LA12705 Black ZA9DU01B91LA12706 Orange ZA9DU01B01LA12714 Green ZA9DU01B21LA12715 Black ZA9DU01B61LA12720 Red ZA9DU01BX1LA12722 Titanium ZA9DU01B61LA12734 Black ZA9DU01B81LA12735 Titanium ZA9DU01B11LA12737 Purple ZA9DU01B21LA12742 Yellow ZA9DU01B41LA12743 Yellow ZA9DU01B61LA12744 Blue ZA9DU01B81LA12749 Titanium ZA9DU01B41LA12750 Orange ZA9DU01B61LA12751 Orange ZA9DU01B41LA12764 Orange ZA9DU01B31LA12755 Yellow ZA9DU01B51LA12756 Yellow ZA9DU01B71LA12757 Orange ZA9DU01B21LA12763 Red ZA9DU01B51LA12773 Yellow ZA9DU01B61LA12779 Black ZA9DU01B21LA12780 Silver ZA9DU01B71LA12788 Yellow ZA9DU01B51LA12790 Black ZA9DU01B21LA12794 Unknown ZA9DU01B41LA12795 Unknown ZA9DU01B61LA12796 Blue ZA9DU01B61LA12801 Black ZA9DU01B81LA12802 Titanium ZA9DU01B41LA12814 Andromeda ZA9DU01B61LA12815 Andromeda ZA9DU01B91LA12825 Gold ZA9DU01B01LA12826 Brown ZA9DU01B21LA12827 Brown ZA9DU01BX1LA12834 Yellow ZA9DU01B51LA12837 Gold ZA9DU01B91LA12839 Brown ZA9DU01B21LA12844 Red ZA9DU01B41LA12845 Purple ZA9DU01B61LA12846 Yellow ZA9DU01B11LA12852 Yellow ZA9DU01B31LA12853 Yellow ZA9DU01B51LA12854 Blue ZA9DU01B01LA12860 Yellow ZA9DU01B21LA12861 Balloon White ZA9DU01B81LA12864 Black ZA9DU01B51LA12868 Yellow ZA9DU01B01LA12874 Blue ZA9DU01BX1LA12882 Red ZA9DU01B51LA12885 Gold ZA9DU01B41LA12876 Gold ZA9DU01B91LA12887 Brown ZA9DU01B21LA12889 Brown ZA9DU01B91LA12890 White

Kevin2772 Report post Posted October 17, 2016 Are those first 2 "blue" cars Blue Ely? I know there is a Black 6.0 with a Diablo GT kit on it that traded hands a few times a few years ago, I believe it is now back in Cali. That car I know JeffLambo mentioned was one of the Blue Ely cars originally but got repainted metallic black when it had the GT kit added?? kmb58 Report post Posted October 19, 2016 OHHH Canada.... these are pics that I took of the very first 6.0 I saw and fell in love with in person back in December of 2002 at the Front St. West Location of Lamborghini Toronto. Also pictured in this series of pics is one of the (my opinion, hideous, purple grey cars) in the back ground. I did not take pics of that car as it was a major turnoff colorwise- and at the time I had NO clue just how limited the 6.0 really was. Sorry, fumble. This is 1LA12601- not listed on any of the above lists or LP112. Please use the images as yours!
kmb58 Report post Posted October 19, 2016 I lied, I do have some pics of the grey purple. Of all of the cars that ended up Verde... this could have been one of them and I don;t think anyone would miss it. Forgot I stopped in again about 6 months later. Perhaps if this is a known car, you could add the images. No vin on this one.. but I assume pretty rare with the matching interior. E7ITE Report post Posted October 19, 2016 that grey purple is very rare. Only 2 or 4 in the world I think. Only one in in Australia was delivered in that car and it was subsequently repainted to black by the dealer.

VCR Report post Posted October 19, 2016 I took a very close look at the Grigio Isis 6.0 about 11 years ago in Toronto. While it is rare, it is a colour of acquired taste. Grayish pink or grayish lilac is how I would describe it. It works under a very bright sun as at certain angle it adds a golden sheen to it sort of like there is a green sheen on Giallo Midas. But whereas yellow is generally an acceptable based colour, "dirty pink/lilac" really isn't and it is impossible to touch up on any paint chip. Such was the case on the Toronto car; it had several chips on the car and the touch up actually made the blemishes more prominent. The 2-tone gray/pink interior didn't help much either. I guess there stands the reasons of its rarity. Someone posted a resprayed LM002 in this colour on here a long time ago; likely lost during the big site crash though. A Grigio Iris Aventador (non-SV) was delivered to Vancouver a couple of months ago but it had since disappeared. It looks like the hue is a slight bit different; more gray than pink/lilac. sulley Report post Posted October 23, 2016 Mine in Australia ... originally AU delivered, right hand drive in Grigio Antares exterior black interior ... now wrapped in Aurora Orange. VIN LA12538 Would be great to Confirm how many were actually made in RHD and how many survive today ... last I heard was 27, but can't help feeling it's probably more like 50.
