Underground Racing Huracan first to 250 mph in 1/2 mile. **Video**

Recommended Posts

Over the years Underground Racing has been honored to work with great clients and a dedicated team to attain great feats in racing competition. Most recently in Standing Half Mile competition, a huge goal was achieved and new benchmark was obtained. On May, 21st at the WannaGoFast North Carolina Standing Half Mile event, the 250 MPH barrier was broken by an Underground Racing X Version Twin Turbo Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 owned by Mohammad, aka Drag965, and driven by Gidi Chamdi. This was a new standing half mile World Record and most importantly the first vehicle to achieve a 250 MPH speed in the standing half mile.

This was the first standing half mile event that this Lamborghini Huracan has competed in. One extraordinary fact about this amazing TT Lamborghini Huracan is that it is a true street car with full interior, ac, stereo, navigation and etc. This same TT Huracan driven by KC Howeth recently took home 1st place at the TX2K17 Roll Race Nationals. Stay tuned for much more from this Underground Racing beast!

If you are interested in a twin turbo system for your Lamborghini or Audi R8, please don't hesitate to call or email anytime.

Too bad you removed the cameras for the 250 run from the car. But still a badass video!

Looking forward to upadtes from this one! Probably seeing the cars out again in October or is there anything else planned prior?

With our video guy not making it with a family emergency, we had issues getting good footage on any of the runs. The cameras did not get turned on by accident on some of the cars. ;(

Prob just TI and the 1/2 mile in Nov in Dallas are the next two events.
