Dealer etiquette?

I treat everyone the same, and I ensure that our sales people do as well. We are often treated poorly, lied to, scammed, et al, but we have to keep going. One of my very first car sales was to a person that no one would speak to, and I was the only guy that would. That said, I give every single person the benefit of the doubt, and treat everyone as if they are a buyer. This is always a tough subject, and I am finding that California has a very diverse clientele, which would make pre-judging people almost impossible, and maybe that is a good thing. I am sorry to hear about the OP's experience, that is a shame and isn't how it should be. Isn't that the same place that owns Lamborghini North LA?

I've heard good things about Mile's End and great inventory of cars. From what I was told they're in the process of building stunning new showroom here in Vancouver.
