Aventador or Hurican ?

I am considering purchasing another Lambo (have owned 8, several Diablos and LP-640's)

Torn between an Aventador and a Hurican. Not new, but low miles, and pre-owned.

I know its apples to oranges, but looking for thoughts from someone who has owned BOTH.

Thanks.

Have not owned either, but I too am looking at adding a newer Lambo. To drive enjoy and sell, Id say Huracan. To collect and keep, Aventador.

I can't get past the claustrophobic feeling in the Aventador. Of all of the 12 cylinder Bulls in the past 40 years - this one makes you feel most closed-in. Obviously not an issue with the Roadster (with the roof open).

Given how many of both they've made the past few years, save for a couple of truly special editions, I don't see any long-term investment value in the modern line-up.

That all-stated - Huracan.

I haven't owned either but have considerable time behind the wheel of both. The Huracan is the better daily but the Aventador is far more special. You can't be the V12, it's a hellva an experience.

The H is a better car to drive especially on track and on twisty roads. But for that special feel, the A is superior; nothing beats a V12 scissors doors flagship.

For driving, Huracan. More usable, more agile, more comfortable. Good deal lightly used.

For experience, Aventador. V12, lambo doors, all-time great design IMO. ISR feels ancient.

If you were going to spend a lot of time driving on fun roads, I would get H. If you're just cruising A to B, Aventador.

Depends on your amount of driving... if you plan to do a lot of driving or perhaps daily drive, the Huracan is your answer.

Limited driving... Aventador!

Having two Huracan and one aventador.

Gosh, how to answer this... the Huracan is great. I senses what you want and does it.

Driver input is optional, the car can perform and make you a race car driver with no experience.

The aventador ... well... the doors. The sound. The drive is engaging. You have to drive the car or it will kill you. I wouldn't change the radio station while in motion for the first few hundred miles. It's a big car, demands your attention. It's hard to drive, feels a little clunky, and will be out performed by the H in the real world.

But the exhaust note of a V12 is magic. The scissor doors are pure sex. The car is a flagship. And it you want to be the flag ship , then you get the flagship.

I’d say both. fcuk it have a great year and grab one of each! :)

Normally I'm more of a 12 cylinder guy like a few others here, but the H seems to hold its own weight pretty impressively.

Gun to my head I laugh as I've already robbed them, the cops are en route and I use the gun to scratch my head. :turboalex:

I currently have both, they’re completely different cars. But I can tell you have put twice the mileage on my Huracan, than I have on the Aventador. If you’re keeping it or collecting, the Aventador is the way to go, for a daily driver, the Huracan is kick ass. I also like the ability to just push a button to bring the top up, rather than having to stop at some bank drive-through, to put my tops on in inclement weather.
