Looks good, but I’m a cheap bastard and would say $89K.

To be fair, I don’t think a dealer would put it under $100K, but I could be way off on both. It’s been a while since I really followed first gen Gallardo market.

Any experts care to chime in on this one?

I'd say you'd be wise to remove the stickers from the car and the black powdercoating from the wheels, as well as raise the coil-overs back up about 1/2" all around, to help the car sell (more of the OEM look - but still lowered). Also will want to take some better pictures (get a photographer, and better scenery). Don't forget an engine bay shot too.

That said, since its a 2004 (w/ no front lift system), but clutch has been done already and it is Gated - maybe ask $104,995 (after making the changes I suggested) and put it on eBay too and see what kind of action you get on the car. But asking $119K for a 2004 Gated isn't realistic today, even more-so on one that isn't Arancio Borealis (Orange) or Verde Ithaca (Green).

I'd also suggest maybe taking this thread down and starting a new one when you're ready to re-list properly again.

Your car is awesome! Just need to present it as such =)

I agree. Id suggest washing it, and getting rid of the swirls. It looks beat.

Asking price is ridiculous. Mods (while nice) are pennies on a dollar. Brakes are heavily scored. That's a $90k car best case. 04/05 cars are orphans. Plenty of 06 manuals available for less than asking available. And it's not Yellow, Orange or Green...

On the mods + asking price + brakes, I agree (although not as harshly...). As it sits, he is not going to get top dollar (my previous post outlines how he can achieve top dollar).

Even so, this car is worth slightly more than $90K if presented right. Not a ton of 6-speed 2004-2008 for sale right now. And values have been creeping up a bit (even on the 04 cars). You are right though, @kinnsella, as it is presented now - probably not going to get much more than $90K.

Fixing all issues and asking $104,995 and ending up around $94-96K is achievable. But he can only eek out that extra $4-6K by fixing what I pointed out (ride height, OEM wheel color, get it detailed, take better pictures, etc. etc.).

Also - on the 04/05 comment.... 2005 cars are far from orphans. Kinks were corrected from 2004, the front lift was added, etc. Only thing the 05 cars are missing is the 2006 gearing (greatly improved shorter ratios) and beefier axles. But they are fantastic vehicles.
