Help with removal of this cowl cover on windshield - plastic piece between fender/hood and windshield

I am trying to remove this cowl cover my 08' Murci and having trouble with seeing the best way to remove.   Once the wiper is removed and the two torx bit screws under trunk lid) it's still fairly tight as it nears each side of the car between the window and the front fenders.  

Is it glued/epoxied on to the windscreen and must be removed with fish line or some other cutting tool where the last 12"-18" lay against the window?  I can take a pic but here are a few links showing what it looks like.

Mine was  very firmly glued. It cracked when it was removed. 

Okay thanks for info pmdw1.  Trying to figure out if its worth removing or leaving... having trouble finding one.  

If the vehicle spent any amount of time outdoors - and unless it's super-low miles then it probably did in the past 13 years - that part will crack upon removal. It's heavily glued, and the sun makes the plastic brittle. My first Murcielago was just 4 years old when I got it and it cracked on it's own.

A good body man or windshield guy can remove that trim. Get a new one from Lamborghini.

Thanks Double.  Unfortunately they are showing "unavailable" from Lamborghini at the moment.  Hoping this is just temporary.
