  1. Yeah... So.... Whats the other side? This is a private business situation I don't think anybody should discuss this matter on a public forum. Why not? Say what you gotta say? Are you going to tell us how Alex personally refunded a customer his money on his Ferrari exhaust due to the check engine lights even though you guys refused to back it? Dear ALLAM-LAMBO, We strive to offer nothing but the highest in customer service and support to all our customers and dealers alike. As such, and given the circumstances, we did in fact back Alex and his customer on the Ferrari exhaust and SP Engineering was given full credit for the Ferrari exhaust the very day it arrived back in our warehouse. As you have experienced first hand, the Kreissieg systems are of the highest in quality and we appreciate your encouraging comments regarding the Kreissieg products. Til this day, you offered us a credit memo for future purchases. We don't plan on purchasing anything else from your company. All I'm asking for is what we discussed earlier on the phone. And if I remember correctly, when I first brought up the problem with the 360 exhaust, you said to me, "What do you want me to do?"   2. I couldn't agree more! Considering both parties with SP Engineering, Mark and Alex, both have stated their side and OPENLY invited party B to tell their side but part B still remains silent speaks volumes in my book. Like Romandad I too am always interested in products for my cars. I am on my 2nd exhaust system in two years as we speak. The K exhaust system was one of the products that was on my list to check out for my next car. There is no way I would touch this product with absolutely no backing and asked to sign a waver knowing there is a problem with the product. If there is a 2nd side to this story please inform us. Both potential customers, current customers, and all lambo owners alike would like to know. It had come to our attention that the CEL would activate on some vehicles under certain circumstances after installing a Kreissieg exhaust. As soon as we were aware of the issue, an immediate design modification was incorporated to alleviate this issue and all systems are now available with this updated and improved design. As many products experience design changes for improvement, ongoing development of our systems ensures nothing but the highest quality system. We want to assure both previous and future customers of our commitment to their satisfaction. As such, we have offered every customer that had purchased a Kreissieg system prior to the design change the updated components for their system.   5. Dear Mana, We have been away at SEMA this past week, otherwise we would have responded sooner. Our records show that your exhaust was shipped out of our warehouse on 10/25/05 and delivered and signed for on 11/01/05. We are extremely concerned if you have not received your exhaust. Dear Members, It has come to our attention that situations appearing recently in posts have portrayed a bad relationship between Kreissieg North America and SP Engineering and has such raised questions regarding Kreissieg North America’s willingness to provide customer service. It is our goal to provide nothing but superior customer support to both our end customers and dealers alike. We sincerely apologize to SP Engineering for any miscommunication or any lack of customer support that they have received from Kreissieg North America. This situation does not represent our attitude towards our customers and dealers. We want to publicly state that customer support has been, and remains, our top priority. Again, we apologize to SP Engineering that this has not been the perceived case. We are pleased to mention that Alex at SP Enginnering and John at Kreissieg North America had a very fruitful conversation this evening regarding their company’s relationship and have clarified and positively addressed all the circumstances and instances that have led up to this situation. We look forward to our continued solid relationship with SP Engineering and all members of this board.
