My dealings with CEC have been pleasant, although I got the impression that Claus is a bit of a douche'. Their products have always seemed to be quality. It'll be interesting to see where these end up down the line.
They had great parties at SEMA as well, not sure if they still do.
Looks interesting though.
Claus is actually a great guy. I guess not knowing someone personally changes perspectives on things.

Only 15 cars were built in yellow and about half were built with Yellow/Terracota. Not sure about the Guards Red, but I am pretty sure it is a VERY low number as well. Silver and black are the most common, followed by seal gray, guards red, then Yellow. 1270 Total Porsche Carrera GT's were built and only 604 were sent to the United States.
I have a different breakdown for NA: 673 Total
362 GT Silver
103 Black
64 Seal Grey
44 Fayence Yellow
42 Guards Red
41 Basalt Black
11 Non-Metallic Color to Sample
6 Metallic Color to Sample

like the dumb shit that i am i custom made it from a stock one and a momo (which btw stocks are also momo) and then had carbonfiber work done to it and leather. i would not do it again.
the rear quarter pannels are IMSA but i had mine blended in with CF and foam, almost no bondo. i do not like the fact that imsa has it glued to the quarters. the front bumper and rockers are also imsa.
OK, so I have settled on a Kreissieg Exhaust for my 2007 Spyder

Kreissieg exhausts are the best sounding exhaust systems bar none for the Gallardo! The only problem is they tend to cause CEL's. The worksmanship and quality is superb! If you can live with a CEL light every so often, then this exhaust is the way to go.
