  1. Yes I've tried putting manual settings, nothing. What can I use to troubleshoot the card, to get more detailed info on where the error is?

    Couple of things to try:

If you manually configure the IP address, can you ping anything at all? Can you ping yourself or the default gateway?

If you use a wired connection, does it work ok?

If you can ping yourself and the gateway, can you ping an outside ip address like 8.8.8.8?

That should get you started to see if it's the card itself, or a dns issue, etc.

  2. Have you gone to a specialty running store and had them find shoes that match how you run and your flat feet? I run quite a bit too and I always wear Asics, but different models of their shoes are for different arch types and if I get the wrong shoes I have almost crippling pain in my feet, legs and back.

  3. Your ping is successful part of the time. Makes it sound like you've got multiple paths or routes.

Are the 2 networks plugged into each other? Maybe sharing the same internet connection or something like that.

Have you tried the hardwired connection on network 2? Saw it was suggested but didn't see if it was done.

Can you post up a full ipconfig /all ?

  4. Get yourself a CCIE, kick the ass out of it for a few years, buy a lambo, live happliy ever after. Go work at the mothership, take all the stock options. Buy more cars. It was different last century though !

When do we get the lambo? I'm still stuck in a Viper.

  5. I made that transition recently. I'm a CCIE and I've done both sales and engineering work. More potential earnings on the sales side but you really need to think about if you'd be happy just selling. If you like to be in the middle of all the technology then you'll miss it. I was a pre sales engineer so my job was going to the sales meetings, answering customer questions and doing the designs for somebody else to implement. I had sales guys I worked with that did all the cold calling and setting up of all the meetings and all that, something you might think about if you're going into sales.

  6. That happened locally here. There's still a big deal going on about this. The cop is on paid leave right now and the guy in the ambulance basically wants his job.

Apparently the ambulance drivers don't run with lights or sirens unless it's an emergency and the patient needs something the ambulance can't provide. What's not shown and what the cop is claiming is that the driver of the ambulance flipped him off before all this happened. I think the cop got out of hand though and if it was my family being transported, I'd rather them get to the hospital first and take care of their problems there.
