    Watching KC pilot that SL at 233.xx was amazing. The spin was scary but all was fine and he was laughing about it. The car is an absolute beast.

     

    I think I was most impressed by Grant. To think about the power he was making and still rowing gears, well... That was just nuts. That car was an animal, but his driving is what made that car make that pass.

     

    John did great in his Spyder. He never really ran all out and was still hitting 180's. It was a stroll to the store for him.

     

    For my first time out, I was very happy with my car. I was in full stock mode with some race gas. Never added ice to the water box or anything. Managed a 177.2 in my best pass. The car would have went 180 with some more seat time, and maybe higher with some ice etc...

     

    This was some of the most fun I have ever had. I can't thank the UGR crew enough. I am a little bolt on car, and they were all about making sure I had the experience that all the big boys had. That is why I am sure I will have a post with "Coming Soon..." As the title.

    Considering this was only your 3rd post in three years ... I figured I'd better read your post twice ...

     

    Before I respond ... Then the question hit me ...

     

    What's the maximum allowable tolerance limits on a standard ... Before ...

     

    Said standard is no longer considered a standard ...

     

    So what appears to be "no official starting point" ...

     

    Might just be the result of a larger tolerance limit on the standard ...

     

    As you can see, I ran it by legal before answering ...

    Last time out at the TX2K Roll Race Event ... Not much seat time in the car ...

     

    Had some shift issues ... Stood tall and took all the jokes in stride ...

     

    But then comes back and takes the 6 Speed title at TI ...

     

    You know what comes next ... Que the music ...

     

    This IS the sound of Underground!!!

     

    I'm confused, did Reza win the 6 Speed Challenge, or did Stacy? I've seen reports of both. Was their some controversy?

    Thanks! unfortunately with someone on here that I look up to (M****T) I need to do things my way and be original and keep originality between the UGR camp.

     

    Will not be going so "overboard" as I did on my Spyder but it will most certainly be the only SL like it in the world.

     

    Luckily I have my good friends at UGR, which I know will be building me a monster to compete at all major events. With only one goal in mind...

     

    Can't wait to see this mofo! Not to be in your business, but are you gonna sell the Spyder, or go hard with 2 of em?

    I'm talking about ... Not just showing up ... But bringing it ... I mean every DAMN bit of it ... When you get back home, tell your wife, there's NO need to clean the table, because you didn't leave SHIT on it ... You left it all on the track ... Now that's what we call doing work ... It seems funny now, but a few months back, we were all giving you shit about ... "A bolt-on should be plenty fast enough for me" ... And now here you are, first time at a big meet ... And you're in the damn finals ... That's Bad-Ass, any way you slice it!!!

     

    Let me say we love Vegasgtr on LamboPower, he's a closet Lambo guy, he's gonna come out soon, so that 's why it didn't upset us when he posted the following:

    Here's the facts, The best clean run ETS had yesterday was 195 mph, and the best clean run you had yesterday was 194 mph ...

    All of the UGR cars performed amazingly well! I can't even explain some of the stuff I saw today.

     

    Lets just say almost all of these cars have something special done to each one of them. I couldn't pick a favorite that's for sure.

     

    I rolled with KISCO, DUHAWKS, LiquidAssets, and BJ from ATL....these guys are so fast tonight and hooking on the road, nothing is even remotely close to them this minute.

     

    Any of the GTR's from the roll race come out and play? Seen lots of pissing and moaning about jumps, followed up with "we'll see if they come out to the 1/4 tomorrow". So just wondering if those guys sacked up and came out tonight?

    I've been thinking about taking a trip back home, then possibly cruising down to N.C. to look at some properties Fadi, just make the trip with me, you can go see your car while I house hunt!
