Hey guys some of you may remember me from when I was trying to sell my friends Trofeo in East Lansing. An aside on that - if anyone is wondering she still has it. A few of you made very fair offers, including Alex and she was just too stuck on an unrealistic number.
BUT this post is for what I just saw this happen on campus today - oh so sad.
The jeep was parked, too . A young lady (probably 19 or 20) was behind the wheel.
Then, 5 minutes later as I walk back to my house, I spot the first Aventador I've ever seen in Lansing and to my surprise, unlike 99% of the Supercar owners I know in Lansing, there was actually a non-international student (older Caucasian gentlemen) behind the wheel. It sounded very nice and he looked like he was having a blast flashing it on campus.
The Lambo that crashed was the green color last year, but a few months ago they wrapped it in chrome. What are your thoughts on people starting to do this with their cars? IMO a Lambo is a statement in itself I would not go to such measures.

I literally just got off the phone with my doc, ordered 90 1-day contacts for the 8338th time.
These stories are sounding good. I am only 20 and hear the sweet spot is mid-upper twenties because as young as I am I hear my vision could still not have "leveled out" to what it should stay at for a good 20-30 more years. Maybe that logic is off...
But either way I deff see myself putting off the next motorcycle purchase and putting the $ into a small "I CAN SEE!" account I won't touch until it's time to go under some lasers!
This is one thing I'd bet many MANY people regret having not done thinking back, when they're now 40-50 yrs old.

This is as silly as asking me to choose between a Ferrari and a Lamborghini.
+1 LP.
I agree it will be interesting to see what Ferrari does in the future.

I love this kind of music. Very into it. Was a rap guy but now it's crappy so I mostly listen to old rap/hip hop and this kind of music has taken it's place.
I picked up Steve from the Airport a few months ago when he came to do a show at my school, Michigan State. Spent some time with him before the show - he's hilarious. Many of these Artists people don't know the whole story about. He actually graduated with 2 BAs; one in Feminist Studies (that's right) and the other in Sociology.

# 8 on your list haha. Cracked me up.
From my understanding, it's rude if you don't slurp or burp over there. It's considered that the meal was not very good or to your liking. There's a lot more to it too, the way you sit, the way you use chopsticks and whatnot, everything there is some kind of rule.I agree, or at least from what I've experienced. Whenever I eat at international students places they do both of those things normally and I follow. And when I get them a good deal on a vehicle they always insist they "treat" me to a meal - come pick me up, drive somewhere they choose and they just order so much food and I go to work!
I have also appreciated the value of honesty and accountability I have experienced within their culture. I have not written contracts out for buying/selling cars for them as much as I should have, especially with bigger deals, but they always have been true to their word on kick-backs and such.

now allow me to play you some music for my LP brothers!
That downshift

I'm 20 years old - ask me again in 20 years I'm almost sure I'll be over it ha. Already thinking about swapping the Honda CBR for a stock cruiser for road trips. No Akrapovič, just saddle bags

Code Academy will start you off with the basic skills you are looking for and is free. Just sign up and try it out. I think jumping straight into apps without some basic knowledge might be a little harder than you think.
Regarding how long you think it will take... that depends on you and what you put in. But think of it as learning a new language and your goal is to become fluent. Except in this case to get to apps. There maybe a few languages to learn.
P.S.
Here is more www.code.org there is a bunch of ways to get started. https://www.khanacademy.org/cs
Codeacademy looks awesome! Where do you suggest one starts - ie. thinking "I am an ignorant person, starting from nothing, which language(s) will give me the most bang for my time as far as usefulness/applicability goes" haha from these options, ranked?

Congratulations! Such a timeless machine.

WTF? All four GT-R's, but no cgt, no Pagani, no Koenigsegg, no CLK-GTR, no 911 GT-1, no F50, no Supra, no XJ220, no 911 that was built in the last 35 years, and the list goes on. I do like the inclusion of so many cars made by Lamborghini. Congrats on the P4/5.
Anyone see the R&T 51 coolest cars list? That was an even bigger joke.

---- Yeah - that is weird to me!

Reminds me of the Twitter Goldman Sachs elevator

... [Analyst drinks] #1: If I could choose between world peace and a reasonable fortune, my first Lambo would be orange.
One of my many go-to distractions when I get bored in lectures at MSU, haha.

I love my Nike golf shirts on B casual days, and I live in Michigan. If I were working in a FL, Cali etc... division, I can't imagine how many I'd have in the closet haha.

1.) LP-570 STS
http://www.catsexotics.com/web/used/Lambor...ington/1433935/
Why? Cause it is white on red...the badest G out there and it fits the need of a crazy fast and crazy looking Lambo. A little bit of the SL in there, a bit of your Diablo GT, Murci SV....etc. Gives you an insane Lambo to drive around in.
2.) 350 GT Superleggera
http://www.lamborghinihouston.com/web/used...-Texas/2027883/
Why? Cause you can't always go everywhere in a "look at me I drive a racecar on the streets" ride. Because it is straight classy. Because I am a pimp. Because it is old school, underrated and you have to have a v12 Lambo in the collection. Because it is the perfect yang to the STS's ying. Would I have it in black on tan....no. But damn this car is classy and cool and old school while still looking sexy.
You know you want to come to Lansing, Michigan & check one of those off your list by picking the STS I have for sale up from me! Dropping the price to $200 K today. And that 350 GT Superleggera... SO classy, I love it!

Congrats on the new home! I'd much rather get that then baked goods - talk about a warm welcome. I am glad for you!

The jeep (I think) in the back corner looks jealous of everyone's' good looks in the room haha.
-
I actually shot 2 of these a few years back minus the suppressors and whatnot. I smiled for days. Lol. Too bad that all examples are post '86 so they will never be available for civilian purchase
SO JEALOUS!
HannibalACP82: I completely agree! It's a shame that's how it seems to work with so many movies.
