  1. I had someone approach me about a car they have decided to sell (I have a dealers licence, and buy/sell from time to time on the side).

Here is what I know so far:

    ---1973 Porsche 911S Targa---

    *Silver over Black

*100% Complete car (as it was last time it was driven)

*I am told all original parts, no modifications.

*Hasn't been licensed or driven since 2006.

I will get plenty of pictures of it.

I have done a little research, but I need input from you that really know.

    Based on what you've read......

    Is this car anything special?

Is there any real value to it?

    Desirable?

I have built/restored classic cars, but they have all been 60s-70s muscle cars.

I know that prices have jumped on older Porsche the last 2-3 years, but I am very uneducated on them.

Any real help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Any help at all, ideas, thoughts, comments(I know thats loaded on here), are welcome.

(I put this in the general section thinking it would get more traffic, if that is wrong I apologize.)

  2. On my back, so luckily one of the better places to have a gnarly scar.

Glad to hear everything will be ok! I went through the exact same thing last year. I had one about halfway down my back on my right side. I went in and they cut it out, stitched me up and I've been all good since!

Little advice...... careful what you do first few days after.... We were in Nashville and stopped in at Dave & Busters..... Had a few drinks and did some bowling. NOT a good idea with fresh stitches in your back!!!! Lol.

  3. I have got to tell you, I cant imagine what it would feel like if it was actually broken... The pain is pretty unbelievable as it is.

Glad it's not broken, speedy recovery buddy!

  4. It happened in Louisville in the late 60's (I think 1968 IIRC). My Dad was a police officer assigned to riding on the back of a fire truck with a shot gun. It got so bad that they pulled out & let it burn. Today the West End of Louisville Ky is a hell hole.

Amen. The west side is mostly one big shit hole. I still pass through there every few weeks and it's like the end of town that time forgot.

As far as the riots..... I hope like mentioned before, they burn that place to the ground, all business owners pack up and leave. Then they won't have anywhere to steal shoes and alcohol. That's all they seem to care about anyway. It's sad that group of society have more power and "rights" than those of us that work everyday so they have money on their EBT card at the first of every month. It's fcuked up beyond comprehension.

  6. I would consider this bulk ammo. But Im not eating the Coyotes, those you shoot to sell the hides and they are fun to shoot. This ammo is great from what I have been told because it brings them down right away. FMJ I guess will go straight through with little damage, unless you hit the vitals of course.

Last time I hunted Coyotes was in high school when ammo was relatively cheap and all we did was drive around with AKs and SKSs unloading mags on them. Now though I think it would be more fun calling them into 200 yards or less. My favorite hunting memory was during dear season one year. There were some dear in a field and everyone said they are impossible to get close enough to take a shot. Me and my dad snuck up on them to within 150 yards on our stomachs until the shot presented itself. Took it and dropped the biggest buck. Everyone was shocked. Where we hunt everyone knows everyone mostly, so that is kind of cool.

Prairie dogs Ill probably use FMJ, you could shoot a 1000 times on a weekend outing shooting those. Before I hunt those I would love to get a suppressor. You sit on a hill above a colony of 1000's of them, with a suppressor you could shoot almost all day. Most farmers welcome you with open arms, a few greedy ones charge. Free pest control is the way most of them look at it.

Get the suppressors. I have them on my .22 rifles and pistols. So much fun and you can shoot anywhere without being noticed!!!!

  7. First of all CONGRATS on an amazing machine! Especially those miles and a Heritage........ :icon_super:

Our local Ford dealer (2nd generation owner) ordered a Black 4 option for himself, I was there when it was delivered (my Dad was the used car mgr for 28 years, so he called me to come down and check it out). I remember sitting in it and thinking 180K for this car....that'll never happen for me.

I had spent an hour drooling over that car when he finally comes back to check it out.......(he's NOT a car guy) walks around it, looks inside it......turns around and heads back to his office. I was in shock! Didn't start it, drive it.....NOTHING! I would have killed back then to have gotten to ride in it....

The next few months it sits in the corner of one of the buildings on the lot and accumilates dust. After that, it's sold to a dealer in Ca.

That was the only FGT that has ever been around where I live.......

I guess my point is, if I really have one...... take all of your other badass cars out and rip on them every chance you can!!!!!!!

(and please post video of your friends pushing you around in the garage)

  8. i cant wait till snapchat gets hacked and all those nudies get leaked.

you've got to be incredibly naive to think snapchats arent being saved somewhere.

Never the less, i cant believe people are dumb enough to save their pics in the cloud and think its secure. so dumb

Pretty sure it already came out that they are on servers somewhere. I believe it was lightly discussed here at one point. Someone like Sprite would be more educated on stuff like that.
