  1. Besides obvious cosmetics, how does this differ from the car that was recently for sale? Is it caged? I suppose the GT v. GTR specification?

Mechanically the car is a 6.0. It does have the full Kreissig exhaust including headers. Does have the proper GT seats and steering wheel. No cage. Other than the obvious external GT cosmetics, its a 6.0.

  2. I did not want to have kids at all but after my son was born, my life immediately changed so profoundly in ways I could not have imagined.

The love I have for my kids is like nothing I can explain. They are THE reason for me to live on this planet.

Now, mind you, I generally don't like kids, as in other peoples kids. But I love my own in such a visceral way it almost hurts. Now 14 and 11, I am trying to hang on to them as long as possible before they fly the coop.

I mainly did not want kids because of fear of having to finally "grow" up and the responsibiity. Those fears were unfounded.

    Best,

    Phil

  3. Its funny, that the sight, or mention of this moron, immediately puts me in a bad mood.. The sight of one of his Obama/Biden stickers on peoples cars, makes me want to run them off the road. And I cant put into words the anger that erupts when I see a fool with an I love Obamacare sticker...

For me it's a physiologic response. Like nails on the chalkboard. Dumb assholes are too stupid to even get what is going on.

  4. Sorry to hear about all your struggles Matt. Seems like there are times when life kicks you down hard. One thing after another. I've been there.

It's hard to think positive when you are overwhelmed by all the negative shit. The best advice I can give you is to try to channel the disappointment and anger at something that can get you ahead. Even if it's working on your fitness. Anything that will give you a sense of accomplishing something positive.

Things will get better, and at some point, you will look back at this as a learning experience and you will be stronger because of it.

    All the best,

    Phil

  5. Ill absolutely tell him the boys over at LP say hi! :) From what I hear Marcus is an incredibly approachable and humble guy, just dont make the mistake of disrespecting the USA around him. ;) I remember watching one of his speeches where he started off by apologizing for being late to the podium, as apparently he was arrested the night earlier for throwing a disrespectful guy out of a bar on his ass. :lol2:

I think its safe to say, there arent many WORSE choices in terms of "guys NOT to piss off in a bar" than a highly decorated 6'5" Navy SEAL. lol.

I'll post some pics and details over the weekend. Cant wait!

Mr. Lutrell is one of the people I would most like to meet. Please say thanks for us and follow up with how the night went.

    Phil
