I saw that same car and an orange Gallardo last weekend while driving through Boulder City, both looked good.

I've been to tons of shows but there are a few that have really stood out.
Aerosmith- Even after all these years they still put on a great show and sound good.
Muse- As mentioned before, awesome production.
Rob Zombie- Saw them do their festival size show in a 1500 person venue.
Guns N' Roses- Wish I could have seen them back in their prime, but I saw them last month in Phoenix and they were great. I left the show thinking "now that' how's to do a rock concert!"
Just bought tickets to go see Highly Suspect next week, I hear they put on a good show.

I don't have any personal experience with a scuderia, but somebody posted this one for sale in another thread that i though was pretty hot. I haven't seen many white ones.

Maybe look around for some of the old Outrun machines.

I'm not affiliated with the truck or auction in any way, just thought I'd share the link if anybody happens to be looking for a new project.

I don't think great is the word. I'm not sure what is the proper word
That collection is insane! <-- probably still not adequate description. If that McLaren is the one i'm thinking it is (Michelin booth, SEMA 2006) it's absolutely stunning in person, easily in the top three cars I'd love to own on the planet.

Looks like somebody tried to make a Maserati MC-12 kit car, but ruined a Ford GT instead.

BB King, passed in his sleep at the age of 89.

When did Piers Morgan become a producer on Top Gear?

My first car was a 91 Mitsubishi Eclipse but I really wanted its big brother, the 3000GT. So worked my ass off my junior and senior years in high school and bought a 92 3kgt VR-4 after I graduated. As another teen in the F&F era I wanted a Supra and RX7 too, and I got both. Had a 94 Supra turbo then a 94 RX7.

Awesome project! I've had a few of the 90's era japanese sports cars but have always wanted to build one of the classics. Keep the updates coming!

Congrats on the new track car, I'm sure it will be a blast. A couple years ago I sold my 3rd gen RX7 to a buddy who repainted it Snake Skin Green, I love that color!

I just came back from a drive to get a sandwich, and even just that little run was a fcuking spectacular event of awesomeness.
That may be one of the best car reviews ever . Good thing you have to keep the Zonda on a different continent, otherwise how would you ever decide what to drive. Congrats on the new ride!

I was fortunate enough to work at a pretty decent pet store in Middle School and High School. I primarily dealt with the Saltwater Livestock and loved every minute of it. I am not kidding when I say it took me over a year to find the Red mate. I was calling our distributors struggling to find one and it took forever.
As for the live to dry food transition I had 2 things that helped. First I have a thriving 55 gallon reef. Not very big but it was WAY overstocked with corals and the like. I did copious water changes to keep everything in line but that is for another discussion. Anyway I had over 75 pounds of legit Fuji liverock that was crawling with goodies. I also had Mandrins that loved live brine shrimp. I started mixing in frozen brine with the live and they started eating that too. Before I knew it they would take Tetra flakes.
Hope it helps!
It doesn't help that I live about 70 miles from the nearest decent saltwater fish store, it took me two months just to find somebody with a healthy looking Green in stock. I have two culture tanks and a small refugium to help keep my copepod population up but I haven't tried live brine shrimp yet. I'll have to give that a shot.

I had a mated pair of Red Mandarin Dragonets back in '01. I even got them to eat flake and other dry foods instead of only live food. They would lay eggs but they would never hatch. Was still pretty cool to watch. Took forever to get the red female in at the pet store. I kept calling our suppliers and finally got one...man was I a nerd!
I was looking for a Red but wasn't having much luck finding one locally. It is a lot of fun to watch them buzz around hunting for pods although I am hoping to get her to accept flake or frozen food too.

Traveling to Vegas...recomendations?
in Off Topic
Posted
I've been down there a few times and it's absolutely gorgeous, but it's not something you can do as a day trip from Vegas. It's about a 12 mile hike each way down the canyon to the falls from the trailhead. If you can get permits it is worth doing as its own trip though.
