All-New Series S1
HRE has long been known as a performance-driven company where strength, lightness and superior engineering have driven some of the most iconic wheel designs of the past three decades. Now it has something new – clean sheet designs that sprang from the intersection of racecar engineering, exotic materials and organic European design language. This is the wheel line that will change everything: the HRE Series S1.
Series S1 debuts with three new models, including the 5-spoke mesh S101, the V-5 spoke S104 and the split 5-spoke S107 wheel, available in diameters ranging from 19 to 22 inches. Widths range from 7 to 14 inches and customers have the choice of optional titanium assembly hardware. Features include sculpted spoke geometry and lightweight pocket machining inspired by HRE’s world-record breaking motorsports division, conical profiles borrowed from HRE’s Monoblok line and faces that extend all the way to the wheel lip for style inspired by the latest supercars. The result is a wheel that is stunningly gorgeous, completely refined, totally performance-driven and absolutely HRE.
"The Series S1 is a great example of HRE looking at the latest automotive styling trends and merging them with proper engineering, sophisticated design and that crucial attention to detail to create a design that is perfectly balanced: strong, lightweight, and utterly gorgeous," said HRE President Alan Peltier. HAHA thanks bud! Actually that was a little painful watching the pro mod try and move around the parking lot... i have a couple 6 second street legal pro-mods also that we could bring but the one thing that I absolutely love about the UGR set up is the complete stock drivability. Driving around Houston in a car like that pro mod is a bitch haha
Remember in the beginning all the flack that went back and forth... UGR Gallardo is putting down this but it won't start, or stalls all the time, or like the old Vipers everyone was running got hot all the time but no one would admit it... First time I flew out to Kevins shop and test drove 2 or 3 of his cars for a full day it was obvious this wasn't the case at all. There is a lot more to it than just bolting together some high end parts which many people can get and UGR has the combo sorted out. We have all been there pushing the limit of HP and having some nasty beasty stalling at the lights and overheating and smiling the whole time. Maybe I am getting old but I just like my cars to run nice
should be fun to play though with it on the streets of houston!
the yellow GT actually hooks its ass off and can put all the power down in 3rd up.. its the launch that is weak in it to put the power down but we have some new stuff we are trying. going to be a fun fall
Hey Peak. We definitely are not getting younger so I'm sure most of us will get to that point when you want a car that just works.

GTSpirit showed off some exclusive photos from this amazing build from Oakley Design. This Lamborghini Aventador LP760-4 Dragon Edition featuring a set of HRE P40SC in Gloss Black.
