Also if possible an URL so I can take a look The Quicksilver is the only one I've found made specifically for the 570 SL. I'm thinking about getting one: http://www.quicksilverexhausts.com/product...10%20on/283.htm The muffler is Titanium so loses quite a lot of weight. It retains the factory valves and sensors so should be no CEL. Also had my eye on this beautiful carbon airbox and sports filters: http://www.carbonio.com/performance/brand/...560_airbox.html

If sound is high on your requirements list, its nice to have the valve control like the Capristo. I have not heard the QS on a 560 in person, and the sound clips online aren't the best. Curious to hear what people think of it in person. On the Carbonio parts...be VERY CAREFUL. Its actually my car pictured on their site, brochures and install guide, as well as their front splitter. The CF weave is very tight, it does not go with any of the OEM CF weave, like MAcarbon does. I already pulled their splitter because it was yellowing and the weave didnt look nice...and replaced with RSC's which looks perfect, and compliments their side skirts nicely. The intake is yellowing as well. I can take some close up picts if anyone is really interested. Im trying to work with Carbonio on these issues now, and see if they can resolve... Hey, thanks for the feedback on Carbonio, I'll put that idea on the backburner... Just noticed that Larini list a 570 product in their catalogue too. Think I'll do some more research

Adam, any feedback on Larini? hopefully Carbonio fixes the issues..cant wait to have the airbox. i tried looking at Gruppe M as well but no luck there. what about performance wise..were there any noticable loss in torque? reason being i swap my 997 TT drop in filter with cone ones and immediately noticed that my low end wasnt as responsive as before...but it did sound slighty better anyway yea swap it back to the original air filter in the end... I'm thinking about getting one: http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=51402 Just realeased our LP550/560/570 system (they are all the same with all manufacturers.) I would shy away from anything with a titanium box for the 560, they are not particularly long-lasting if you catch my drift. Fortis Report post Posted October 2, 2010 how about Tubi for the 570 ?
RaginBull Report post Posted October 2, 2010 I would check Kreissieg. If the F1 sound is what you want, they are my favorite by a long margin. Their site is not always up-to-date, so I would email them. websites: http://www.kreissieg.com/ http://kreissieg.ocnk.net/ email contact name is Jaewoo: [email protected] P.S. I have no affiliation, just a very happy owner.
adam76 Report post Posted October 2, 2010 how about Tubi for the 570 ? Larini sounds a little Tinny for me, I wanted more of a throaty sound than F1. Only heard on previous Gallardo, not 560. I have some good shots showing the Carbonio weave next to MA...will post soon if I do not hear anything positive back from them. Perf wise on the filter...I had in there since day 1, so dont really have a good personal AB experience. Also had the Capristo in since day1, so hard to tell there as well. Dyno wise, both options put out more HP.

They seemed to love Capristo, I wonder how civil it is for everyday driving.
