I have checked all fuses in the footwell but there is no light in the gauge cluster or button panel (lights, doors, fuel cap etc).

Does anybody have a complete chart that describes the fuse and relay layout on a 93. The sketch in the owners manual look nothing like the one in the car.

Any idea why I dont have a gauge cluster lights when it turn the lights on?

Found the problem today. The rheostat/ dimmer unit was burned when the radio ground was mounted incorectly.

Where in the car is the rheostat unit locaed. I was hoping it was in the actual switch on dash, but thats only a button, so it must be in the car somewhere?

I have this exact same problem! I have never driven my car at nite so didn't notice, but last nite after fitting my new SE30 gauges, I thought I'd see what they look like in the dark.

Well nothing lit up, no dash illumination at all.

I too checked everything and all is fine, only thing I can think of is the rheostat too. Checked everywhere inside the car for it, but no joy, then I found a box behind the AMP in the trunk and think that might be it.

Did you find yours ok?
