Really does look different.
I would have left a little more white between the red and green on the dashboard binnacle, but then you might have an issue with reflections driving in bright sunlight.

maybe not directly related to thread, but at SOME point (i assume), Lamborghini will have to apply similar ALA active aero technology into the Aventador, like they did in the Performante?
I think they will already add it to the final evolution of the Aventador before she's succeeded in 2020 or 2021 ...

Absolutely amazing looking Performante.
What white is that?Looks like Bianco Canopus ... my favorite shade on a Lamborghini

I first thought we were looking at the Aventador GT, with the Superveloce name already used, I don't think there will be an Aventador S SV ... but I now also think this might become the Aventador Jota ...
Just a quick render I did for a Coupe:
And the Roadster:
I think we might be seeing this final evolution in the Aventador lineup by 2019 ... with a successor being introduced in 2020 already, there isn't that much time left in fact ...

Amazing ... charging $500 for a cup holder ... only in a Lamborghini ... you've got to love those people in Italy

Not really a fan of this two-tone treatment on the Performante.
I do wonder how much that Ad Personam option would be ...

Probably the sand would block the air intakes in a matter of minutes ... but just imagine some Middle-Eastern customer getting an idea and has it custom built.
Kahn did it with their Monster Bentley GT as seen on Supercar Megabuild on National Geographic TV, I think they could do the same to a Huracan with enough funding

The rear view mirrrors have been replaced to get her street legal, the front bumper corners are also different ... as you've noticed.
But check the windshield in this spot from February 2013:
It was a lot lower at that time ... has been replaced back to the original concept windshields ... higher.

For me the Aventador J is the best on this list ... too bad she doesn't look like the way she was unveiled in Geneva anymore today

Carbon fiber door panels look amazing on your Aventador, a really nice upgrade.
As for the Performante ... I'm sure you"ll be able to get some third party 'tuning' company to supply CF door panels that match the rest of the CF pattern ... that's a great opportunity for them to make money and no hassle for Lamborghini to have Euro Spec and US spec door panels.

Looks really nice.
One small detail left ... black exterior rear view mirrors ...

I have seen it a while ago ... indeed a very good piece on Lamborghini ... and Brian Johnson is pretty down to earth about it all

We've all seen the test mule photos of the upcoming Lamborghini Huracan Performante Spyder ...
So I did some renders on how she might look without all that camouflage wrap:

And know that I already have the black tips in my PhotoShop ... just forgot to make the layer visible
I don't think Lamborghini offers any carbon fiber for the exterior at this moment, only on the inside ... you can have color coded wheel arch extensions, lower side sill and parts of the front and rear bumper, but only on the blue and dark grey paints ... not on the others.
But all that will be possible when I put my configurator online
