  1. I my opinion, alternately with Tron, if you have a member with 6billion plus coins, those coins are actually not helping reflect the real value of the coin.. At some point in time you want them in circulation.

If 3 guys kept all 22million bitcoin.. it's value would still be worthless.. At some point the owners of the coins do need to sell most of their holdings so the coin becomes part of the market.

In Tron's case, it doesn't bode well the way it was done if this is correct information.

I had 55,000 tron.. I kept 5,000 just in case.

    I'll stop rambling..

What are others thoughts and opinions on this?

The only reason I haven't dumped TRX yet is because of a tweet that Justin put out on Thurs stating that they were going to announce a partnership "with a very prestigious public company next week". Who knows what that looks like and it might be all hype. If the above is all true on TRX, then it could obviously ruin them.

  2. It happened to me in my Aventador as well. I was running 75+ on the highway when it happened. I was fairly close to a friends house, so I limped it over to his house and pulled it into the garage. I was worried that if I pulled over on the side of the highway I would be stranded, which would be one of the worst experiences ever... I had all these things running through my head, like someone would drive by and throw a bottle at the car, etc. I let it sit for a few minutes in the garage and it started right back up with no issues. Haven't had an issue since, so I'm assuming it was just some weird glitch, as I'm sure yours was too.

  3. I have a set of brand new, never installed, interior carbon fiber (2x2 weave, same as the factory) for the Aventador for sale, ready to ship immediately from TN, to anywhere in the U.S. I had inially looked at purchasing an Aventador a few months back that didn't have any interior CF so I ordered this set. I then found another Aventador, that I ended up purchasing, that already had CF installed, plus a few other options, so I have no need for this set. From the factory, it's a $12,800 option, not including the door caps. I am asking $3,900 or best offer. The set includes...

    Left & Right Door handles

    Inner plate for center console

    Outer plate for center console

    Nav surround - inner

    Nav surround - outer

    Instrument cluster surround

    Left & Right Door Caps

  4. I looked up the 250 on forums and that's what I read, but TBH I only read a few posts. Chip, the new raptor has a new 7 or 9 speed tranny? and the 3.4? Ecoboost instead of the big v8. It's supposed to be better mileage in mixed driving.

It's a 3.5 liter Ecoboost motor, twin turbocharged - V6. It makes 450hp, which is 39hp over the big 6.2 the previous model has... Plus a lot lighter. Ford is claming a 23% increase in fuel economy... So around 16mpg combined, which is much better than my old one I had. The tranny is a 10 speed, which will be phenomenal. I know here in Nashville, I can call my sales guy and order one anytime I want, which is what our friend did, and what I'll do when I'm done with the Cayenne GTS, however I believe delivery is around Dec right now. No premium, but right now there are no discount of course, so price is what the sticker says.

  5. Yeah, it's fantastic. But IMHO the winner of the 16s is the 550 with air.

G65 pulls like a freight train. G550 is pretty much the perfect version of the G and still has the AMG motor (4.0 from the GT-S). The nose on the 65 is really heavy obviously. Everyone I polled said the 63 sounds the loudest, but the 65 sounds like a V12. Deeper, not a screamer.

16's 63 have an updated front end which is considerably stronger and smoother.

I would wait, right now MS is just making the basic bitch version. In about 2 months they are going to make the Manukatur versions with CF leather, and by May you can go full Manukatur on the entire truck.

I am starting an global G Wagen owners and adventure club and can hook you up with a serious discount+ delivery anywhere in the COTUS.

I just purchased a G63 and pereferred it over the 550 by quite a it. The 16' 550 looks great with some of the changes, just it still feels under powered, mostly because of how heavy the truck is. I love the sound of the G63, so I'd imagine the G65 sounds incredible, but I would probably get tired of it because of it being too loud.

The adventures club sounds cool and I'm excited to to see the Manukatur options.

  6. Lately I have been on the new car search. I have 2 upper end dream rides.. #1 being the Porsche CGT, and #2 being the Aventador.

The problem with the CGT is price. If I get a CGT, no more cars for a long long time, and I dont want to worry about depreciation from actually driving the thing.

The Aventador on the otherhand is getting to be the bargain supercar. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lamborghini-Aventa...em=252352297576

For the price of a CGT, I can now add like 5 cars I want, including an Aventador. ( many of the cars I really want are cheap, like a 928, 944 Turbo S etc) Plus it would be pretty cool I think to now own 4 generations of V12 Lambos..

So Ive been looking into Aventadors, and there differences. From what Ive gathered, there really are none, other than warranty, manual spoiler lift, and stop start. All the others can be updated by the dealer. I think by fall/winter of this year youll see Aventadors in the 250k range. Theyll be 5 years old by then, and approx 6000 units produced. Issue is, will we see another big drop after that, when the facelift is introduced...

This particular black 2012 I checked out, and it's actually been in an accident. It was hit in the rear end and did quite a bit of damage. With that said, there are begining to be some great deals on the 2012's, and I agree that we will continue to see a drop by fall/winter.

  7. We're talking about Europe. I guess they have it there but it's different than the US one. The Euro owners are mad because they are not getting 911r's

My bad, I missed that part. But yeah, US is the only one that offers that VIP program to 918 owners.

  8. Nope - have many friends in the program.

La_Brit is correct - If the owner of the 918 owns the car for at least six months to three years, they receive three years of the VIP program. If they own it for more than three years, they receive the full ten years of being in the VIP program, which is pretty incredible. If the orginal owner sell the 918 at any time, the VIP programs is not transferrable to the new owner.

  9. Kris should be admired for having the balls to drive and share his unobtainable car. I'm very happy to hear that he was not hurt because that's all that matters. An artisan like Horatio Pagani can make the Lisa like new again.

Anyone speaking negatively about Kris regarding this incident is a small person.

    :iamwithstupid:

  10. A very respectable service tech told me to stay away from 12s at all cost.

    1) suspension issues

    2) ECU from the 12s and rest are completely different and even though factory had some software upgrades for the 12s they no longer released anymore even though they have released many more updates for the 13s and on. So he explained you deal with a lot more check engine lights and crap. Because of the cylinder deactivation that is in the 13s and on the ECUs are not same and factory is not gonna spend R&D time to come up with updates for just one production year.

    3) he described something of a seal or something along those lines that is not present or in the right formation and when it fails you will be dropping $30k to fix transmissions and he said he has had 5-6 that he has done himself perosnally.

There were some other minor stuff but those three are the ones that stuck with me.

Damn! That's definitely scarey enough for me to stay away from a 12. Thanks for the info.

  11. why did you sell to some poser..LOL :crybaby2: the car looked perfect when it was in your hands.

Lol .... It was a hard decision to sell it and I still miss it. The mileage was starting to get up there, it was a little over 31k, but the car had been maintained and never missed a service - I never had one issue with it. But I wanted to get into something with less mileage. I will probably pick up another one at some point.. It's been one of my favorite cars I've owned.

  12. Much better than this atrocity running around in Atlanta. Can't wait for the day I run into him in the my SV. In the meantime I gotta deal with people that say they spotted me and I gotta tell them it's not me but a 640 with SV decals. The license plate makes it even funnier.

Sadly, that is my old Murci and he's ruined it with those SV stickers. When he purchased it, he told me he also want to add the SV wing. It looked so much better stock, obviously.

  13. I will be disappointed if they don't at least release a roadster version that has a top that the car can carry with it. I also agree that Lamborghini won't invest the money into one of their cars, like Porsche did with the 918. It would be awesome if they did though, it would do wonders for the brand.
