  1. If 100% sure the profile posting the unnecessary spam/hate I think your best route would be contacting yelp directly, or make a post on http://www.yelp.com/talk/ and share your story. Hopefully other users on there can "flag" the profile into deletion. I don't know if the actually reviews would be deleted but its a step. If this doesn't work I guess you can also leave a little apology note or something to the customer by "adding an owner comment" to each the posts. Hope this helps.
