Thanks for the welcome folks. To Lpdaddy: I want to keep it @ around 200k at the most. Don't really want to go above that. I have been eyeballing the 570s.. but I just don't know enough about them in general to make an informed decision off the bat. I need to check out Lambo of houston to check some of their inventory out. While i'm on this topic.. is it usually a better idea to go to a licensed dealer v. a private seller when looking to buy? (If it was a private dealer there would most certainly have to be a very intense PPI on it before I considered forking over the cash) To Fortis: Thank you for the welcome my friend. It's great to be around a nice group of individuals. I just hope I can get into a Lambo soon so I can share my enthusiasm with you guys!

Thanks for the reply Toof! My viper were definitely not the greatest cars. I'm hoping to find something that I will enjoy for at least 4-5 years. My cars are usually garage queens.. so the lambo will only be driven sparingly. (i know i know) I'm hoping to find something I fall in love with. I saw a 2011 black superleggera (sp?) and my jaw hit the floor. I may have to look into something like that.

Hello everyone, I'm looking to get into a Lambo for the first time. I've had many sports cars from Vipers to vettes- nothing italian however. As of right now, I have been eye-balling the Lp570. For a newbie, what would be the year to get (or model). I'm sort of overwhelmed by all of the different models of Lambos out there. I do know i'd like to stick with a Gallardo however. Thanks folks.
