Was at a stoplight yesterday when a flatbed drove past me going the opposite direction. Happened to notice it was carrying a completely demolished Matte Black Aventador. The cabin area was covered with a tarp so I can only imagine the worst. Looked like it partially burned as well. Just hoping it wasn't anyone here and pray the driver and any occupants are ok.
I saw the same truck, wasn't it towing a car also? Looked like it was either going to or had just left an insurance auction.

Finally picked the car up today. Just waiting on the new A/C control head and it's finally done.
I'm thinking about cheaping it and staying with these stock wheels.

I have the bonnet of the later model diablo and the bezel. Only thing I was going to do was figure out the wiring for the warning lights from the original and transfer to the later model warning lights strip. Just never got around to doing it. I like what you did instead.

This is there spot in Fort Lauderdale. Maybe they moved? Regardless, the gt3 on their site is bad ass, I wouldn't hesitate after doing proper due diligence.

As far as i know they were an aftermarket.
Kind of but not really. I had parts from one of these kits, as I was told, Vic had Swift Engineering (the race car people) make twenty or so kits copied from original parts. The kits were of very high quality. Somehow in the mid 2000's, Lambo Dallas (I think) purchased all of the kits that weren't put on cars and were selling them on ebay for relatively cheap money (compared to what they cost when new). If I remember correctly, a couple of accident damaged SV's were repaired with these kits, Alex from SP converted his 6.0 and I think there were a couple of other 6.0's rebodied with these kits.
Regardless, murcivu's car is one of the nicest conversions I've seen. What's cool about this car is that it's been through the ownership of three LP board members over the last 13 or so years. Congrats again!

I do not like the chrome grill at all. Doesn't work for me. Though Espadas are 70's cool.
S1 is my favorite, no clunky bumpers and killer dash. This S3 with its bumper conversion and homemade looking grill doesn't do it for me.
